This is an excellent venue with good acoustics and a versatile crew. We saw a great show and enjoyed it immensely. Classic Albums Live performed The Beatles Let It Be.""

Then venue changed our tickets to floor seating from General Admission Standing for an epic blues musician we all know and love saying nobody was buying standing tickets..... ridiculous! Bring dancing room back to your concerts, this is not going to make you a great venue with only having floor seating, this is not why people go to concerts!

This is a very weird venue. I get that they designed it to be flexible for a variety of event types from concerts to the vintage show, but the result is that it isn’t particularly good at anything. The temporary concert seating meant that at a recent show, the staff literally couldn’t find our seats and for the first 30 minutes, we kept having to move while they figured it out. Tough to enjoy the music that way. Figure out your logistics and get a little more professional, folks.

Excellent venue for concerts and markets. Great sound system. Good flow. Easy access to coat check and bathrooms. Need more names on the calendar!

Happy to have a venue this size downtown. Unfortunately the house lights were on for almost the entire concert I attended. And the sound got noticeably better about halfway through the show. The space has zero character. They really need to figure out the lighting and sound, because that's literally all they have to work with to make this space a good venue for music.

Show I seen was great, seating was crammed together. The bar staff over served alot of people. One person was so drunk they were passing out in the chair next to me. So much booze spilled on floor it's was slippery and could have been bad if someone tripped and fell.

Love going to shows here. Great vibes. The bathroom could be cleaned more often during super busy shows. The lineups might seem long for drinks but they move fast, staff is quite efficient.Would love to see some all ages shows here some time. I have older teenage kids I wouldn't mind sharing my musical experiences with.Update: Rubbish new rule of not being able to leave the venue once you're in. You're denying people who want to have a puff outside re-entry. It's like the Metro Centre all over again which I call prison for this exact reason. Fix this please.Update: you can have your stars back now. thanks for fixing that no re-entry rule.

Perfect set up for all viewers no matter where one sat they could see. Sounding was perfect, and just as it started to get to warm, the air-condition blew through the aisles. And quickly cooled the crowd off.
