This is a shop suspected of fraudulent sales. It sets many barriers for customers to purchase special products that IGA does not advertise, such as limiting the number of purchases. Other IGAs have no restrictions. The pictures below were taken elsewhere. When I made a protest to them, they drove me away. This is serious racial discrimination. I reserve the right to object.

Multiple things to dislike about this IGA. They are trying to force people into transitioning to using self-checkout which is an abomination. Even when its super busy and there are lines forming they close all cash registers except 1 and hope that people get impatient and use their self-checkout. People are already getting price-gouged on food the last thing they want is be forced to self-checkout. Its making me go out of my way to avoid this grocery store.The other thing they do is they purposely only write price per 100g on produce labels, not per pound or per kg. Its obviously on purpose so that people don't bother calculating/comparing with other grocery stores because if you did the math you'd realize they charge 2-3x more than Metro or other grocery stores on staples like Garlic. Seriously, 33$/kg for garlic?

I may boycott this store because there was a sale on ground beef and I bought the rest of small packages - 4But I wanted more...When I asked for a raincheck, I was told no since I had some already.DuhReallyNot impressed

It is normal to not sell Loto tickets at 19h30 when the store close at 20h00 Sunday evening ? They said Loto Quebe were closing it !??

Compared to the Montreal IGA’s that I’ve have seen , they lack lots of selection from regular to Bio products. They usually only have 1 or 2 cashiers open the rest is self check out, which often creates long lines.

Very poor service and I understand you put special promotion on items but that is not the reason for the (cashier/manager) to be rude. Just be polite and say there is a limitation on items nicely.

I've been going there for years. But lately, the service is really not good. The employees are very young and have no training. And the prices are ridiculously high. Really not affordable anymore.

thisbis far the worst supermarket on the south shore, service is very long at cash, people that work here are lazy to breath, walkednin to get somebsteaks that were on special for me and my wife and son, 3 ppl 3 steaks, ibwas stopped at cash saying i wasnt aloud morenthan 2 steaks, i left everything and the person working there had the audacity to tell me u can have fish tonight, never again in this iga...... change management or do something, hire ppl that want to work

The girl at the first cash is standing with her back towards the clients and speaking to another girl not caring about people who want to check out. I said hello, she turned and didn’t respond. I paid, said thank you to her - still NO ANSWER! And that was in French by the way.
