Emco is one of the best supplier for plumbing and heating. Their salesman are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I really want to say thanks to Mr Jasmeet Singh from Heating Department. He helped and guided me in my some heating projects . He was always quick , reliable and very polite. Thanks again.

Expensive, but its where the pro plumbers end up to buy their supplies and materials if you have to get the job done in less than a week.If you plan your project properly and buy your supplies and materials well in advance there are cheaper alternatives

I bought bunch of plumbing tools and I had great and respectful experience with Tony, he was very great man but unfortunately after few days my decrimper doesn't work and when I bring it back they didn't change it and wasting my time and even didn't listen to me I really regret to hear others to come to EMCO to buying 350 $ tools.

Very well stocked. Very professional service. Tony is super helpful and kind. He sold me a cast iron double cross T and spent much time guiding us. I'm truly grateful. These little experiences turn causal customers into loyal customers for life.

Called customer service and they seem to be pretty racist (I have an accent). Overall very rude and condescending tone when dealing with the customer. Would rather find another business

Great customer service. i was looking for a small part and had gone through multiple shops before someone recommended this place. Not only i got my part but the person helping also ended up checking few other sites if i could have this part of even cheaper.thank you .. highly recommended

One star for the friendly person at the front counter but didn’t appreciate a man saying “yeah, those are two mechanical contractors right there!” In a sarcastic way to two young women who were paying customers. As if women can’t work in trades?
