I just sold my 3-bedroom house and bought a 1-bedroom condo.Downsizing was something I needed to do.But here is the real reason I’m writing this post.Her name is Lori A. It took me almost a year to buy a house during the covid craziness. At some point, I was very close to buying an expensive flip house but the inspection raised some questions. She also called her colleagues to check if anyone had experience with the contractor. I decided to bring in a structural engineer, there were more red flags, and I simply took my deposit back.
