Cat's Paradise Spa

I boarded my two cats here in May and they loved it! Their room was extremely spacious with several enclosed outdoor areas so they could enjoy some fresh air. We love that Cat's Paradise regularly updates their Facebook page with photos of the cats, so we were able to follow alongthe cats' vacation while we enjoyed ours! We will be bringing our two cats back here soon for another vacation!

Cat's Paradise is such a wonderful place for cat boarding. This small business took care of my cat so well. She was there for a few weeks and when we picked her up she was her usual, happy self. The staff there are amazing and kind cat lovers. They gave us printed pictures of her time there. The staff were happy to talk to me on the phone when I wanted to ask how she was doing while I was away. Thank you to Cat's Paradise! I will definitely want to use your pet sitting services in the future.

We sent our cat to Cat's Paradise Spa while we were moving and we are 100% satisfied with the service provided. The spa is nice and clean, lots of enclosed outdoor space for cats to climb and play everyday. I wanted to know at some point how my cat was doing during his stay and Hanna returned my call quickly. I think our cat had a good time, he came back to us in a good, cuddly mood. I would definitely send my cat there again in the future and have my mind at peace that he's going to be just fine!

We babysat our cats for 3 weeks at Cats Paradise & Spa. We are very satisfied with the services provided by Hana. She knows how to take care of cats, the cages are very large and there is an outdoor playground for the cats. I am very confident when I leave my cats under the care of Hana. In addition, Hana takes pictures of the cats during their stay and she gives us a cat toy when we leave. I highly recommend Cats Paradise!

We have taken our cat to Cat's Paradise twice now, and couldn't be happier. The facilities are excellent and very clean. The staff are amazing, very friendly, and obviously love the cats they care for. We love how they post pictures of the cats while their owners are away. It's great to check on how your cat is doing, and gives peace of mind when you are away. The individual enclosures are roomy, and all have access to their own enclosed area outside. There is a kitty park with toys, climbing structures and cat hammoks for the cats to enjoy daily! Cat's Paradise provides absolute peace of mind for the care of our cat when we're away. Highly recommended!!

I was quite nervous about leaving our babies with a stranger as the first time we did this (2 years ago at another kitty hotel) seemed to traumatized them. Not the case with the Cat's Paradise. From the photos I saw of our kitties - you could tell that they were at ease. When we picked them up; they seemed content to just stay! I was quite impressed when Hana said that they were going to move them to another room so they could use their water fountain - but this seemed to cause them stress; so they left them in the room they were comfortable in. Catering to their needs is so important. And she really knows her stuff! We are definitely going to use this place in the future and highly recommend to other cat lovers.

Our cats loved this place! They took extra good care of our feline friends and did a fantastic job of keeping us up to date with photos of their antics. Highly recommend for piece of mind if you are travelling

Absolutely thrilled with the care and overall handling of our cats.Staff were attentive, friendly and the are genuine animal lovers.Cages are clean and spacious and have the options of being inside or waking to outdoor caged sections and enjoying the warm sunshine.Highly recommend.

I would never leave my cat anywhere else, but I have to say I get frustrated with how disorganized they can be. This last time was the worst...I got different responses three times when I asked about doing pick up/drop off at earlier times. I would call to double check and would be told a different answer. Then when I did pick up, I wasn't given all my items back (I provided a cloth with my cat's scent and her favourite toy). I called to have it mailed back and was told I needed to drive back to pick it up. We live an hour away and have a baby! It's also not our fault. No one replied back to me. I'm not going to bring my cat here again

Our spoiled little friend Leo spent two weeks with the folks at Cat's Paradise while had work done at home.I wasn't sure about boarding a cat, but we decided to give it a shot, and weren't disappointed. After a short period of adjustment, Leo had a great time, and we were treated to frequent photos of his adventures.He got a bit sick during his stay, and the staff took quick action, finding him a vet appointment, giving him special care while he recovered, and keeping us informed throughout. He was better in no time thanks to them, and was back playing in a day or two. They even groomed his long fur for us, and gave some great food and treat suggestions!We're completely satisfied, and it's wonderful to know we have a welcoming, professional, happy place to leave our cat when we travel!
