The customer service at this location is atrocious. The employees do not know what they are doing (specifically in regard to online orders) and have no manners whatsoever. I’d suggest driving a longer distance to avoid the unpleasantness.

Best LCBO in Brampton, the selection at this store from the managers are always fantastic.The guy manager is always very helpful and informative.He's always willing to talk and explain the difference between higher priced bottles.My boyfriend and I only come here to great lakes LCBO !

I usually get polite and good experience at the LCBO I spent about 75,000 a year on LCBO for my business I asked the lady to bag my alcohol separately and she act like it was a big deal. You still got to bag every other customer behind me so don't make it a big deal if I ask you to bag my alcohol separately because they're going to different places.Sunday February 5th 12:28 p.m.
