A++Extremely happy with the service from BK Appliances. We just used them when our near new fridge lost all cooling. Chose them out of the blue and was not dissappointed. In todays world it's hard to know who to trust.Sam was quick to come and figure out the problem. He is very friendly and knowledgeable! He even worked on a Saturday. The bill was very fair; actually lower than I expected. Judy was wonderful and caring. A real pleasure to deal with! Thank you both. You will be our go to if we have any troubles in the future.

BK is great! Sam came and fixed my freezer -knew exactly what was wrong with it and had it repaired in minutes. When he was done l mentioned my dishwasher had a small leak and he knew what that was too! He fixed both and was out of here in about a 1/2 hour. l highly recommend

Tried to order a part and the lady on the phone was very rude. She told me it would be one or two days for the part I ordered and a week later I called and they knew they couldn't get the part a couple days later and didn't call me. I understand sometimes things take time but she knew that it was urgent and that I was willing to drive and get the part from somewhere else but she insisted it would only be one day. She also blamed it on cyber monday? Will not be going to them anymore.

So much more affordable and faster than their competition. I order all my parts through BK and if the job is too big for me I call for next day service. I do this for a large 77 unit complex here in Brantford. The owner Judy is straightforward and honest. Sam the repairman has never let me down. A++

Highly recommended appliance repair! Our phone call and the service to the house were friendly to get our old gas stove fixed with a part replacement. We made an appointment then received a call within a few hours that it'd be possible to come by sooner for service the same day if we'd like, which was great and a relief. I also received a helpful explanation of how the stove worked and was shown the before and after issue. Thank you kindly!

Excellent service, better prices than Amazon (I paid $10 less for the same part)I called after hours to ask for a part for my dishwasher, I expected to leave a voicemail, but someone answered the phone. They found the part and waited for me to pick it up.You guys saved me from having to do the dishes by hand, for the weekend. Thanks again.
