Techsew Sewing Machines

Eric and his team was very informative in assisting me with my 2750 timing, feed dog height and needle to hook adjustments. They were patient and very knowledgeable in this process. Thanks to tech support I’m back working my machine.

Been doing leather work for a while. I’ve been looking at a lot of machines and chose the 4800pro. No experience with heavy machines this thing is quiet and runs great stitches. I bound up my thread as I am new. Called customer support and they face timed me promptly. Went through everything and coached me on things to improve my work. Very happy.

I got the 2900L 18” long arm sewing machine. The whole experience of purchasing a high end machine with Techsew was just wonderful! The secretary picks up the phone every time, and helps on the dot. The communication between the customer service and technical support is tight and immediate. I had the pleasure to FaceTime with Rafael from tech support on multiple occasions who helped from the get go with setting up the machine to finally sewing effortlessly. He was really patient and made sure everything went perfectly before we hung up any of the video call. This is my first time sewing with a machine since I was a teenager and I wish I got this machine from Techsew years ago! I’ll only buy from them when I’m expanding my small business, 10000% recommend this company!!

My pressure foot was stuck in the up position. Tech-Sew quickly helped me fix my machine within 30 minutes of me calling them and them having a tech calling me back. Back to sewing on my 20U53.

I absolutely love all the Techsew machines we have purchased. They are top notch professional machines and perform exceptionally well. We’ve had our 2750 Pro sewing machine for 4 years and our Skiver for 2 and they still perform like they are new. Also their service, if you ever need help with your machines, is friendly, fast, and thorough! Shout out to Eric for all you help! Can’t wait to get a post bed machine next!

Really bad company to deal with. Summary, they sell used machined when they tell you they are new, they advise the wrong machines then will not take it back, the machines are unsafe as they keep power in them after shut off.Ron, the expert" recommended a machine for our materials
