Presotea Carrefour Laval

When you know you go to Presotea. Tapioca today was just a little overdone to my liking but you can't please everyone everytime. Delicious as always and speedy service for the volume of customers!

I'm obsessed with Presotea! The one in Carrefour is by far my favorite. They never mess up the flavors and the staff is friendly especially the older gentleman.

hi !! i really love your tea , especially the brown sugar panda and the strawberry cheese one :) i was just wondering why the store has been closed on uber eats for some time ? and if its going to open back up anytime soon ? :) thank you!!

The cashier was nice. I came by when there was no one, yet took a while to get a mango cheese cloud and the person after me got their drink before I did. I wouldn’t have minded the wait but the drink tasted straight like ice, very bland with only a hint of mango flavour and the mango chunks themselves were sour. The quality of the products isn’t as great as the ones in Montreal.

When we arrive, there was no lineup. Only two other customers in front of us who just put in their order.They were 3 staff members. The cashier told the two baristas “regular M8” two times each.Ordered a M8 (litchi & fresh mango).There was no litchi in the drink. So we basically got charged & didn’t get what we ordered. Pretty disappointed :/

I had the worst service possible. They made an error in my order and refused to redo it and the excuse was... it was ordered through skip. I litteraly went back 2 minutes after, did not even leave the mall. At one point, I told the lady (who was saying it was my mistake, that she on her side had put the right boba) that listen you are are right it's my mistake can you please redo them cause my kids (who were right beside me) won't drink it and she refused saying she would have done something for me if I had not use skip to place my order. I know it's not a mistake on my side and I even showed her the detailed receipt on my phone but she kept arguing. Anyways there was a huge line up so I just left and went somewhere else, threw 35$ in the garbage. So rude, especially telling me in front of my kids you won't give them the drink they wanted, that they love and know exactly which one they order each time the same!!

Good selection of milk teas, slush and fruit teas in the menu. I find that they can be very hit and miss. Items are a bit on the pricy side (7 to 10$), tried a few things on the menu and they were just ok"
