Edit: The owner is saying I abused the product. Once the piece was in my ear I didn't touch it. I took the $25 because what other option did I have. The one piece was originally $125. What gold piece will only last two weeks? Being passive aggressive and saying you are willing to help as long as customer dont want a new one for free" is not the way. Stand by your product as i only had it for two weeks Customer service is key in a public facing business. Obviously you Sundeep Jewllers does not care for that. Obviously the customer service is horrible and the owners

I found beautiful bracelets here and their watches look grand and amazing. If you like wearing gold, you would like the items they offer. I bought one bracelet for my sister since I was definite she would love it and she did! She even hugged me out of excitement and she was very grateful.

I visited this place with my fiancé, we were planning to look at some engagement rings. The salesperson who kept on talking over us and didn’t make me feel comfortable, was really defensive with his words and made us feel like we dont belong in this place.Seemded like a really judgemental experience, insulting our emotions in a bad , pushy way.I personally felt that i could never walk into this store again and i would personally not recommend it to anybody.I was having such a good experience at other 2 Jeweler store I visited, prestige jewellers and punjab jewellers, now it made me question whether i should even be looking at the ring i was thinking of getting made for such a long time.In the end , the person just walked away from us like he had no intentions of listening to what we were looking for , where really, he had nothing to show for the diamond cuts that we were looking for.

You sold me 1 gram 999.9 Pamp coin for 150$+tax when this was available for 95-100$ elsewhere. My fault was I trusted you without checking elsewhere but you also overpriced this (almost 150% higher than the market). You lost my future business and I warn others to check market rates before purchasing here.

I went to this store to look for a special treat for myself. A local jewelry store would be better than a mall or chain jewelry store. When I walked in there were two men working. The taller one assisted me and he was so friendly. The store was busy but he took the time to explain differences in types of gold and which would work best for. Best gold store I’ve ever been in. Had great customer service.
