I have been a customer of this store for 15 years. They have a special black Turban material that is not found anywhere else in the Toronto area, but shipped only from Vancouver. The Lady Aunty who is the owner, is a wonderful and very friendly woman. I always receive great customer service at this store, and they offer a great price for all of their items. I recommend this store for all of your Indian Clothing and Jewellry needs. I look forward to being a customer for many more years. God bless everyone at Vancouver Cloth House.

I came here for an outfit for a wedding last minute, every aunty here is so nice! I was greeted right when i walked through the door and they really listened to what i wanted. They gave me an amazing deal on the most gorgeous lehnga! They helped me get fitted and said they could rush it for me because im leaving soon. Ill definitely be back and will definitely refer them. Ill walk into some stores and barely can get a hello but these ladies were so kind and accommodating!

Worst experience ever. We came from Bhatia Creations with things we bought and the lady that works there took my clothes out of our bag to see what this other store had. Then she publicly started yelling out the pricing and began to show it to her colleagues. She took my suit out and said this would never fit you to my sister. Body shaming her. I stood there on my phone waited for her to pack the things she took out. We literally walked out as soon as we came in because of this. Thank you for embarrassing us and making us feel unwelcome.
