Fashion Nails

Not the best place honestly. I asked for matte black nails, they ended up being wrinkly and looked very sloppy (almost like the polish was dripping around while it was drying). The nail tech ended up telling me they couldn’t do matte black nails without them coming out wrinkly because of “the shape of my nails” (which really shouldn’t have anything to do with it and just sounded like excuses). She said she needed to make my nails shiny in order for it to look smooth. She added a shiny top coat to my nails and it was so sloppy it looked like I had done them myself. I was extremely disappointed. Even after expressing that I was very unhappy with my nails, she refused to offer me other solutions. I eventually told her I wasn’t prepared to pay full price for sloppy-looking nails that didn’t look anything like what I asked for and they begrudgingly discounted $5 off my total price. Basically I paid $45 to look worse than I did when I came in. Never coming back here again.

Really sweet people, great atmosphere. Unfortunately my shellac mani chipped after 5 days, would have liked it to stay fresh longer.

I like this establishment! I can always get an appointment here within a day. My nails turn out excellent and they pay attention to detail. I would love for it to last longer but that's the nature of polish...needs redoing. Enjoy ❤️

I went here to this place to get my daughter and I a mani and pedi but all I wanted was my daughters nails painted they just kept talking over us and saying yes yes blah blah long story short charged me $170 for this mine I get but an 8 year old hmmm she cut my thumb bad with the filer or whatever she was using also my finger. When I called to complain all she kept saying was ok sorry about that sorry Bout that over and over again I ask for half my money back at least or a.managers phone number as she says hes away for a month she asked for mine gave it to her and i asked so what going to be done about this she kept just saying sorry over me i asked again if there was a head office number and she said nooooo she hung up on me inow what to do i took picture of the slice may be small but they hurt so much anyways guess I have to just live with it. Never go there over priced not professional at all they cut and slice your fingers open. Lesson Learned , .

My nails had been destroyed by a previous esthetician and Li made sure she was gentle and did a superb job. Will definitely be back!

Took my very short brittle nails in. Asked for tips to make them a bit longer and something strong as I am not careful with my hands/nails. Left with beautiful nails. Length that still allows me to work and strong enough that I won't tear them at work. Quick, quiet, respectful. Thank you for providing an excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Called to make an appointment ahead of time. Arrived for my scheduled appointment and several people were still waiting for their appointments and walk-ins were being told they could get in while 2 nail techs were struggling to keep up. Waited 15 minutes until it was obvious my appointment would not be honoured and left.

Top notch service ! Do not go anywhere else !!! Treated with respect and she does my nails perfect every time !! She does not try to upsell me and always has appointments available at my convenience! Cute little shop and prices are just right !

Li was the sweetest, it was my first manicure yesterday and she did an amazing job, my partner got a pedicure as he is injured and his feet needed some TCL the lady that did his , did a Amazing job. Will definitely will be returning.
