Visited in the middle of the night with a kidney stone. The staff was kind, caring and very respectful. So was the doctor. Very impressed with my care.

As a 79 year old male with recurring heart issues, I am no stranger to hospitals. I have been a patient at Jubilee a few times, and never had a complaint. I went to Emergency last night with breathing issues, and again cannot find anything to complain about.Staff are uniformly friendly and efficient and very professional. And even waiting times were minimal. Many thanks to everyone who had anything to do with me last night, but I know that no one was doing anything that they haven't done countless times before. It is so good to know that this is the standard that one can expect from our health services

Having recently attended the Emergency Dept at the Jubilee Hospital on several different occasions, I have found the staff to be helpful, kind, professional and efficient. I was impressed with the relatively short wait times, thoroughness and genuine care of doctors, nurses, diagnosticians, porters - every one!. The team spirit among the staff and their willingness to go the extra mile for my comfort was so very much appreciated. Thank you!

The CCU is totally fantastic, the people are amazingly kind and compassionate. The equipment is state of the art. The angio lab is like entering a star wars control room. I won't invite you to stay. But if you require it,this is the place.

Absolute saints, we had a medical emergency while travelling and everyone from the ambulance drivers to the nurses to every doctor we saw were compassionate, caring and knowledgeable even though they were very busy all the time. Absolute stars.

I spent two nights at the emergency in Jubilee, they discharged me with a catheter and leg beg, I am passing blood cloths, am in pain, they let me go with two painkillers. I tried to call the emergency just 5 minutes ago, to try to find out the name of the urologist, useless to talk to an unfriendly person, who told me to call on Monday (today is Friday). I am in pain, my GP- Dr. Forester is not calling me back, my partner left a note for him in the little Pharmacy, where he is supposed to work, but they told me, that he doesn't have any working schedule, could anybody please tell me what to do? Do I have to call an ambulance, because the first day, I have been sitting there 14 hours, I feel desperate, the Health care system can't cope with any reality.....are we supposed to sit down and die???????

Kudos to nurse Sandra in Emerge for behaving so rudely upon asking how long it will it take.If the staff is watching youtube while at work, it shows what kind of work ethics they have. Healthcare care is so broken is BC.

My first time in hospital was in September of 2016 My name is Samuel Daniel their have been false allegations and misinterpretations of my mental health. I was locked in solitary confinement for weeks. The Hospital staff were ignorant and rude. My basic dignities were violated and I was punished for telling the absolute foreseeable truth about my mental health. The psychiatrists wouldn't even shake my hand and I have been illegally cross examined and bullied by professionals in that industry. They made me out to be a monster they sent high level security, Millitary officers to my door. I'm constantly living in a state of cudgle because I'm targeted by authorities over my demeanor. The mental Health act of British Columbia is unconstitutional and their is nobody that can consent on your behalf like in other provinces. Many innocent people are funneled into this system and labeled with no alternatives. The mentally ill and the functional members of society liberties are oppressed in spirit, faith, and hope as a result of the immaturity of those who lead these positions.

A complete hell hole. Nurses are rude and offensive and act without professionalism or compassion. I attended the ER because both ears were bleeding and I had a horrible headache. One nurse spit on me and other shoved my stretcher so forcibly that I suffered weeks of back pain.I took my elderly mother there with heart pain. She asked repeatedly for a bed pan after hours lying on a stretcher. Two nurses sat at a desk and refused to get up to help. When I asked them where the bed pans were they both laughed. My mother wet the linen and they refused to change the linen or tell me where fresh linen was kept. I eventually went home to bring her fresh sheets and a blanket. After being injured in a motor vehicle accident and being taken by ambulance to the ER for a torn rotator cuff a nurse stood beside me, mocked me and then wheeled me beside and ill and vomiting patient to see What real sick people looked like". My doctor confirmed it is a toxic workplace.Don't go. Victoria General is better."
