We purchased our flooring, tile and carpet from Kelowna Flooring Superstore for our new home build. Alfie and the rest of the team are amazing and went above and beyond to help us during the entire process! We had an issue with a few boxes of flooring from the manufacturer and we’re stressing about it but Shawn and Alfie resolved the issue quickly for us and had new boxes for us asap! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!

Last year, my pregnant self waddled into every flooring store on Banks rd and recieved horrible to no service UNTIL I stumbled across this gem, just before closing.Even being the end of day on a Friday, I recieved wonderful support, answers to all my carpeting questions and what I felt was a great deal.We came back a second time for another project and found the experience just as enjoyable.Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the best pricing I've come across.

We were changing our flooring from carpet to engineered hardwood. We have never had hardwood before so had many questions for Shaun and his team and relied heavily on their advice. They made the process easier for us, gave us a great deal and met our deadlines. We went in and Alfie was honest and educational about what would fit our needs best and within the same week we were contacted by the installer Paul to come do measurements, an estimate and book installation of our new carpets! Never seen such precise clean seams! Great experience all around.
