This is more of an overall rating. Including call centre's, Financial advisors & especially Rbc visa customer service. Over 30 yrs of loyalty to this Bank. I've lost a few cards along the way & let me tell you it's a nightmare dealing with RBC. I've recently misplaced mu wallet & called 2 weeks ago, the agent I spoke with said 2-3 business days. It's been almost 4 weeks! I called TD for my other cards & they came in 3 days. This is a pretty easy task 1 would think. Over the years it's been horrendous. CR's who just blatenly lie & say the card is on the way... DON'T LOSE YOU RBC VISA PEOPLE!

Worst branch ever! You go to the branch hour long waitline, if you call them, after long wait of period time they just hang out. Please at least treat your customer with respect! Instead of drinking more coffee or stand there for nothing, HELP them!

I highly recommend this branch especially the final advisor, Tina Jia. She’s always been very patient with my parents and constantly providing valuable financial advice to them. When the prime rate was about to increase, she even sacrificed her lunchtime to meet with them so that she could help them to lock in the current mortgage rate. I strongly recommend Tina to anyone who needs financial advice! Thank you Ms. Jia!

Useless human beings working there. Unqualified and untrained. No communication skills zero social skills. Can't provide basic service. Wasted my time money life. Stay away from this branch. If u must deal with rbc . Try other one by royal nd Kingsway. Less sleep walking zombies over there. Just plain awful terrible experience for me

Worst bank to open you account in. Even after closing the account month ago, they are still sending me mail. My friend tried to send me e-transfer to my email which is associated with another bank. I still can’t receive it. They just do one think correctly, CREATE PROBLEMS IN PEOPLE’S LIFE AND ANNOY THEM!

Tina is extremely helpful and kind! At first my initial reasons to come weren’t met but Tina went out of her way to try to accommodate to my needs as best as she could and even offering more avenues for me. She was patient and answered all my questions as well as gave me advice on what I can do. I am very happy that I was able to meet Tina as she is very professional yet considerate of potential and existing clients. Thank you!!!!
