takes a long time inside for orders. especially food. drive thru alot faster but usually lined up

Coffees usually too hot and too weak. The inside is crowded. Went through the drive thru, took awhile to get our coffee. The person working stopped halfway through making our coffee to do something else for a minute then came back to it. Her face shield was half lifted and with us being lower than the drivethru, she was literally just breathing into the car window. Then immediately touched her face with her bare hands and then placed both hands onto the lid of my coffee. In what world, pre-covid or not, is that a thing to do?! She immediately washed her hands well, and made a new coffee, which was subpar. I didn't drink it and just got one at McD's when I got to Charlottetown.

Of 4 items ordered 0 where correct. May be due to early hour (late night) but curious how you mix up coffee with tea.Order the morning before wasn't correct either, coffee ok, but not the breakfast sandwich (given a vegetarian instead of meat).Same gent each time but we was polite at least.

Honestly worst experience I ever had. Placed a mobile order this morning at 4am. There's no breakfast sandwich so I ask for a refund. The guy doesn't know how to give a refund and the manager won't be in until 5am. So I ask if I can get it at another location. I drive across town to get there and they also don't have a breakfast sandwich. I ask for a refund and they will not refund me. I have to go through the app to get a refund. I ended up going to McDonalds. Thanks for wasting my time!

We ordered a box of dark roast (=12 Small cups) in 91 Water St., Summerside, PEI branch. It took them 15 mins to prepare and they didn't provide us with creamer(s).

I used to go at that tim regularly especially at morning time and the guy with the spects t think his name starts from G, He’s so polite and have a friendly behaviour. Always get happy with his service. Thankyou

Long waits and wrong orders, consistent every time I'm here.Word of advice, let the person give the order, no need to continuously interrupt them when they're trying to give the order.

I'm just gonna say: leave it to Tim Hortons to completely screw up cold brew coffee. God, that was disgusting! Arabica beans are apparently capable of making ANYTHING UNdrinkable.
