Good Doctors Cochrane

I was in Cochrane out of town and had limited options on where to get medical care. I really didn't want to sit in the ER for hours so thought I'd try setting up a phone appointment with Good Doctors.Booking online was quick and easy, I'll give them that much. I was able to be seen that same day, so I was super relieved as I had an infection, was in a lot of pain and needed antibiotics.The doctor called and I am not exaggerating when I say the entire call was thirty seconds. I told him what I thought was wrong, he said OK and wrote me a prescription, said he sent it over to the pharmacy in town.A few hours later I went to the pharmacy and they had no prescription, no call, no nothing. When I tried to get ahold of them again I couldn't get any answer. I was super frustrated left with the ER as my only option. Wouldn't recommend, I can't rely on them to actually send over the prescription. And they only take thirty seconds to hear you out, very bad quality service/care in my opinion. Not pleased with Good Doctors at all.
