Was double charged for my meal so I went back a couple weeks later and despite having the alert from my bank (which is what notified me) the lady at the counter said she would have to “check”. I didn’t even want my money back, just give me the second meal you already charged me for.After more than 10 minutes of me standing there and her scrolling through the debit machine teams transactions I asked her if I looked like a homeless person trying to scam them. She then reluctantly put the second meal together and handed it over in kind of a rude way.I then told her that when you double charge someone, the correct thing to do is start with “I’m sorry” instead of launching a lengthy investigation into a $13 meal.Perhaps her culture is unaccustomed to apologies and/or a shred of customer service acumen but I definitely won’t be supporting this business in the future.

Definitely the best choice to stop in! Fresh, amazing tasting chicken/noodles /vegetables. This is my favorite go to place now. Guaranteed you'll enjoy it!

We don't buy our Chinese food anywhere else! Such a popular, busy place that everything is super fresh...every time! Great friendly family business in the Capri mall concourse....if you haven't tried it yet you should! Smaller cafeteria style area to eat in but takeout is quick & easy.

The food is excellent and always fresh.The service is friendly, efficient and fast so if you're in a hurry and there's a line, no problem it's not a long wait.Prices are great. Portions are great.Pick and choose your items so not stuck with a preset combo.Atmosphere is OK. Although it's the only food place, it's like a food court.Area is kept cleanDefinitely recommend

This is my go to place for Chinese. Great value, food is always fresh, and the staff there are very friendly. Best kept secret in Kelowna! Their sesame chicken is amazing.

Good for a quick bite, huge portions( good for two people). Fair choices of protein, soup is a no doubt try.
