Mickies Pub, it's been here forever and so have I. Kind of like Cheers, I feel at home there, like a pair of old shoes it is that comfortable. No surprises, great beer and a broad menu of pub food. The nacho platter is popular, and a newer addition is the baked lasagna, my favorite! Try it, you'll be impressed!

It's a little older, but the rooms are clean and the service is top notch.As a value guy, this place delivers.The location is not the best part of town, but I never had any issues with leaving my car. Sorry.The best part is the staff - they are always professional, courteous, and personable.Lots of amenities nearby.Highly recommended!

Very clean and quiet. A large wedding going on and the party was next door. We couldn't hear them through the walls. That is wonderful in any hotel. Staff was awesome! Shopping and food in hotel, next door and across the street! We will stay here every time we come to Kelowna.

The worst place you can ever think of in Canada , we stayed there yesterday for one night . The air conditioner never worked during the whole stay , we requested a room change . It was denied by there staff at night . In the morning when we went to check out and mentioned this to Mr Mike Issac he was super rude and abrupt . He literally started shouting on us . This is not the service that one expects from a brand like Ramada . This a note to the General Manager for this brand that you need to take this seriously as this person is surely not the best fit for any position in this place . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER AND MR MIKE ISSAC U NEED TO THINK AS TO HOW YOU SPEAK TO ANY CUSTOMER . We are paying for a stay you are not doing a favour to us for give a room in your hotel .

I had a great stay at the Ramada. Jeramie went above and beyond for me as well as the staff at both the hotel and Mickie’s Pub where I performed. I will definitely be back.

We attended for the first time, the Kelowna Corvette convention, this time sponsored by the Calgary's Corvettes Unlimited club. Kelowna Ramada has hosted many meetings, and this being my first attendence, (from Victoria), I was impressed. The Corvettes had a parking lot, wash up area, most of the NE wing...and it was easy to locate for us out of towners. Room was clean, the air conditioning quiet, and we had a great stay.

I booked this hotel mainly for their in-suite hot tub which was advertised. We stayed in the New York suite, which was nicely furnished and had all the amenities, although the room wasn't as big as it appears in the photos and It felt quite crammed.I think the value wasn't there for the amount that is charged which was close to 240$ per night. Not even the in-suite water bottles were included, they charged 3$ per bottle if you used them. Upon check in, front desk didn't really explain anything about the amenities or services available, I had to ask where the gym and pool were and what were the hours. Not even parking situation was explained. Wasn't sure how to operate the fireplace in the room either but I didn't bother asking front desk. On the plus side, it is very central to a lot of stores and restaurants

Came up for a hockey tournament and booked 16 rooms here. We called and spoken with the staff about certain accommodations but unfortunately not communicated properly between each other. All I have to say is their tone with the parents of our group was so u called for

Excellent rooms, very professional and polite staff. You will enjoy your stay in Kelowna with no issues if you stay at the Ramada.

Great rooms, clean and excellent housekeeping. Awful pub, food and drinks were brutal and we can't believe they allow smoking at tables to ruin the whole patio. It's 2023 btw!!
