So I never actually wrote a review for here... But, once upon a time about 1.5-2 years ago my dad and I went here to have our ears pierced. For me it was my third lobe piercing, for him he was getting one side done since the other had already been pierced in the past.It wasn't that the girl did a bad job at doing the actual piercing... It's what she said prior to having it done. She said she WOULDN'T change her gloves because we were family" and have the same germs. I'm sorry... EXCUSE ME? Girl. That is not how bacteria works honey. I CRINGED SO HARD AND JUST ABOUT WALKED OUT. Thank god she forgot

Came here to get a child’s ears pierced. Despite, being completely short staffed, we were greeted by the sweetest employee. She took her time to ensure the process was done accordingly, she disinfected the area, washed her hands each time as she simultaneously managed the cash and attend to the piercing station. She allowed the child to completely be at ease without pressuring or trying to hurry the process.She truly made the experience so much better!

Went today to get my 5 year old daughters ears pierced. I forget the lady’s name but she was amazing. It made the experience so easy for my nervous girl. She was kind. Calming and patient. What great customer service. My daughter will remember getting her ears pierced and it’s because of that employee. 10 stars!

We went to Claire’s to get our 3 month old daughter’s ears pierced and received an exceptional service from Jennifer. She was very professional, patient and friendly. She went above and beyond to make our daughter feel as comfortable as possible and even sang her a song. I highly recommend getting your ears pierced at Claire’s and highly recommend Jennifer for her five star service.

Went here to get my daughters ear pierced and it was such and fun caring experience for us. The wonderful lady working was short staffed but was very calm and respectful towards everyone and kept the flow going. She made sure the area was disinfected and clean throughout the session. My daughter loves her earrings!

We just had my daughters ears pierced at Clare’s. Absolutely an amazing experience. They took such great care with making sure she was comfortable/ready and the extra time to make sure the holes were in just the right spot was very much appreciated. As a Dad I wasn’t sure what to expect but would highly recommend going to Clare’s.
