Without my knowledge or permission, they suspended my insurance policy. It was even against their own rules! Upon finding out I didn't give them permission and sign, they pressured me for three months to get my signature! They talked to me like a boss and never once apologized for their mistake or explained why it happened. Also, there were at least five times of wrong communications/information, which was not surprising given their disorder and lawlessness!I'm a level 7 Google local guide with more than 120 reviews, mostly positive and appreciative. It's the first time I'm writing super negative feedback, and I mean it!If I could، I would ranked them Zero! Terrible experience!P.S: In replying to my review, they've asked me to give them their policy number! They didn't bother to search my name! I'm not their client anymore!

I change couple of insurance till i found Allstate.Mr. leon Haddad was so helpful and patient with us ( me & my family) anytime we have questions he is available to answer with very welcoming personality, I highly recommend this professional gentleman, so honest and straightforward ( rare to find person like him working in insurance companies).

I just spoke one of the agent and the name is Zandra Patricio. I ask about the home and Auto Insurance. She quoted me on the same day and the way she talk to the customer is very polite and nice. On that day my wife and I decided to get an insurance to Allstate. I highly recommend this company.

Update** this location has no customer service experience all they care about is sales and not helping out existing customers. Porting out my 2 cars and home from this company so are my friends who I referredI was referred to Ramin from Ontario Chrysler when purchasing my new car. He has helped me and many of my friends with great rates and great customer service

So this is what is going on here, the reviews from two years ago are positive, I also had good and positive experience here, but I didn’t really need to contact them either. Now that I try to contact them - no one is even answers the phone nor replying to emails. Also, there is apparently high turn over for this branch, which obviously doesn’t help the chaos. So I guess when renewal comes I will move to a different insurance.
