After that one meeting we knew this company would be the right fit for us.If you are looking for a cheap solution, this isn't the company for you. On the otherhand, if you are looking for a company that provides a tailored solution to your heating or cooling problems, this IS the company for you.They were fantastic to deal with and kept is informed during every step of the process. Luxury Climate installed a mini split AC and heat pump system in my 3rd floor condo. From the initial visit, providing a quote, to installation and cleanup, they were very professional and attentive. I felt comfortable that they could and did comply with the restrictions of a condo installation. The system works quietly and effectively. I no longer have to wrestle with a noisy, intrusive portable air conditioner blocking the use of windows and doors. In our changing climate, a smoky environment and higher seasonal temperatures are becoming the norm. A good quality and efficient air conditioning system is a necessity for comfort and safety. I am so pleased I made the choice to have Luxury Climate install this type of system. Thank you Will and your team.

Shocked and upset when Luxury Climate suddenly demanded my full payment plus 50% 3 weeks before equipment install date - was going to get heat pump, hybrid water heater and bathroom fan installed. Contractor seemed unwilling to wait for CleanBC IQP payment of 60% of total cost. Cancelled project.
