I have dealt with the property manager Mohsen Mahmoud. He solved all issues and problems for me as a vendor. His quick response and professional way of manag ing things at 365 Pronce of Wales Dr in Mississauga made my life easier, and relieved my stress. I give Mr. Mahmoud 5 out of 5 for his punctuality and commitment and attention to problem solving. The PSCC 935 board of directors must be happy fof having Mr. Mohsen Mahmoud as a professional, hard worker property manager. He is alwYs there to solve any problem. Thank you.

My dad received a notice today by post, asking for payment for charges he has been unaware of the whole time and now we are supposed to pay it Oct 23, Sunday 1 pm which is tomorrow but your office is closed at Mississauga and at the property. We have the payment but how do we give it to you and receive acknowledgement. Over and above he is supposed to deliver this to your office in Mississauga, why not to your office at the property? He is a caregiver for a Dementia patient and cannot step out! What sort of customer service do you provide to clients who have resided for 22 years and have made prompt payments including this, had we known earlier!Please note the money order was dropped off at your office on Sunday October 23 at 9.45 am. This payment is not for Maintenance which has been promptly paid for years.

Absolutely the worst property management company. Fraser lovatt would take vacations without mentioning to leaving a message about his absent and leave the building to solve it's issues, meanwhile I just moved in with no garage opener or direction. In two years it is consistent behavior of ignores emails and calls. Complete useless person. He couldn't even attend our yearly meeting to discuss all the issues. Quite the coward. Our financial statements are incorrect and because of this our maintenance fees have increased. We have a much better property management company now.Edit to reply to the comment below.We fired Larlyn 8 months or so ago, it wasn't that long after you let him go. He was there for far too long and there were multiple complaints about his absence, communication and overall professionalism. Do not own or rent from Larlyn, they ignore unacceptable behavior from their employees and have provided little to no help with the issues they have left behind for documenting invoices and missing funds still ongoing.

My building has had a rapid turnover of managment, and things have not been run very well at all. That said Anna has come to our building and she has been absolutely wonderful! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. Anna has been working hard with the board of directors, and our superintendent, to make sure things are being done properly and the building is being well looked after. She gets to know the residents, and listens to our concerns and follows through with addressing them promptly. Larlyn should consider themselves lucky to have a member of staff that is so dedicated to her roll, and to her residents. I know we are very happy to have her working with us.

Anna has been a great support to YCC 460. Her true willingness to assist and professionalism has been valuable to the residents. She is flexible and treats everyone fairly.

Sue Watson, property administrator attended my query with efficiency and promptness. Thank you Sue, your help was greatly appreciated.

Kudos to Anna Georgopoulos for her exceptional customer service at The Camarague. Your professionalism, attention to detail and executing requests for renovations, fob, screen door etc. very efficiently all make it such a pleasure to deal with your pleasant demeanor. Keep up the awesomeness! Thank you for such a wonderful customer service experience!

Anna in the property management office is amazing. She is a warm smile, is caring and ready to help with anything. I look forward to seeing her in the office.

Anna Georgopoulos is a very dedicated and proficient assistant manager that I’ve great pleasure to work with since the beginning of 2023. Anna is very professional as well as personable. Her willingness to listen and offers to help endear her to our residents and staffs. Her experience of customer relations is as strong as her back-office system and administration prowess. Anna is definitely a great asset to our condo front office as well as Larlyn’s back office. Kudos!!!

Can property management company register a lien on your property without contact you on the outstanding balance first? Apparently they can because that’s exactly what Larlyn did to me… without any prior communication that I owed them money…
