So many hair and beauty supplies under one roof!! Wide variety, great prices, helpful staff, clean environment. A must stop for your hair, nails, face and so much more. Didn't have the hairnets I wanted but that is a supply issue. Will shop here again.

I had the most absolutely lovely! *WRETCHED* opportunity of speaking with an associate who decided to respond to my inquiry of a misunderstanding, in a very aggressive and sharp tone that has made me lose interest in ever shopping there ever again.I was in search for a particular item that is $52. You can't check store inventory online, so I went in-store to the Regent location where the item I wanted to purchase was out of stock. The store manager called the Kenaston location who stated they had the item in question in stock and that they would kindly put it on hold for me.I was not able to to come to the store by close, so I asked my mother to acquire the item in my place. It turns out they put the wrong item on hold that was over 3x the price of the item I requested and sold it to her.When I called the Kenaston store to ask for a better understanding of the situation, the associate did not even let me finish speaking and interrupted me by speaking loudly, quickly and with sharpness. Insisting that it was not her mistake and that she and her coworker had nothing to do with it.The main points I would like to emphasize are that I was interrupted, berated and the associate refused to accept blame, and I am not referring to her own behalf, but on the behalf of the store and behalf of human error.I was searching for insight into the situation and help to move forward, but I was aggressively spoken to with great disrespect. The associate had no sense of responsibility and this lack of professionalism and character is something I have been noticing over the last couple years from several associates at the various Sally Beauty stores. It is unacceptable.I understand that it is closing time on a Friday, but that does not excuse the horrible treatment I received today. You stay in character until the curtain has closed and the lights are off. She answered the phone to yell at me. Disgraceful.

More knowledgeable customer service is needed. She didn’t know how to answer any of my questions.It was also extremely overpriced. They were pushy and trying to get me to spend $550 on clip on hair extensions for my wedding. I spent less on my wedding dress... no thank you. Unimpressed.

Most of the time when I come here it’s a great experience. However, when I was there last time one staff member kept giving me unsolicited advice, grabbed products out of my hand and kept pushing me to buy products that I didn’t want. I ended up accidentally buying the wrong products cause she kept bringing random products behind the till for me. Not a great experience, and I’ll definitely be buying my products online in the future.

If I could give negative reviews for this place I would, I asked for assistance finding proper hair extensions for my hair, the girl working pointed to the area but stayed behind the counter instead of helping like I asked, after a few minutes of staring I finally walked back over to ask for help, this time she came over very rude and offered almost no help, I chose the hair extensions myself, the only thing she could help with was showing the price. I forgot to mention when she was taking the security tag off she was swearing in front of my family and I to another coworker as the tag wouldn’t come off. Definitely will not be returning unless it’s to get her name to complain to the general manager. The girl working with her was much more professional and helpful, even though she had another customer to deal with.

Love their products but the staff here are absolutely rude to say the very least and not very knowledgeable. Not the first bad experience I’ve had but this was just too much. My mom and I walked in today and two employees were both standing at the counter talking amongst themselves, didn’t even acknowledge my mom and I when we walked in, didn’t ask if we needed help, and looked at us when we came to checkout as if we were the biggest inconvenience in the world. The one cashier rolled her eyes and walked towards us and just stood there. I had to say hello to her first to get her to interact. At checkout the woman was mumbling and speaking so angrily and she made us feel so unwelcome. She threw the receipt in the bag and walked away, didn’t say the usual “have a nice day” or even “thank you”. Will most definitely be going to Chatters from now on. If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely pathetic and disgusted with the lack of customer service and respect for customers.
