Eagle Island Resort - BC Interior Lake Resort

What an awesome destination. Beautiful scenery and great hosts. Perfect place to get away from the city.

Fantastic spot for fishing, paddling and boating. Trailer sites are close together and small but call them up to check. Water and power were stable. Great toilet block and hot showers for a loonie. Rent water toys and bring a rod. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

We stayed last year for the first time and enjoyed it so much we booked to come back again this year and brought back four other parties with us. The bathrooms are kept immaculate, the water activities are awesome and rentals are affordable. The management is very accommodating and friendly - they took one of our group down to their site upon checkin just to show her the best approach to back into the site. She was very appreciative of the time he took to make her comfortable. One of our group stayed in one of the campground motor homes and it was very nice. We have all booked again for next year at the same time. Can’t say enough positives about how this resort is run!

Stayed at Eagle Island Resort a couple of weeks ago with a group of people. We had rented trailers and a cabin and for the most part they were clean and well maintained. Some issues with one trailer running out of propane on a cold night and hot water not turned on. The biggest complaint is with one of the hosts - the woman was friendly and helpful but the man was often rude and condescending.

fabulous and very friendly caretakers! Extremely clean bathrooms and shower areas the grounds are well maintained, love the docks, we rented a pontoon boat and explored the gorgeous lake! My kids really enjoyed the friendly local ducks such a nice bonus.The camping area is quiet and peaceful.Will Definitely return to this amazing place!

We brought the family and rented 4 cabins in the fall of 2022. The two smaller cabins are old and run down, the newer bigger cabins were pretty nice. The 2 hosts were absolutely rude, had terrible communication and customer service skills, even implied we were stealing wood. My dad promised he would never stay there again, we all agreed. This spring of 2023 we had another bigger family gathering, renting 5 cabins at peaceful cove. And out of necessity we rented 2 rvs and a cabin at eagle island. I thought because the hosts had changed it wouod be a pleasant stay. I was wrong, they were rude. I swear they only treated our family like this. If I were a non Caucasian family I wouod suggest finding other accommodations in the area.June 10th.

We have stayed at quite a few rustic" cabins but this resort was by far the nicest yet! Super clean

We just completed a lovely 2-night stay at Eagle Island Resort with our two young children. The hosts were very welcoming and set us up with everything we needed to be comfortable. The trailer we rented was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, including very comfortable beds and lots of space for our kiddos. The grounds of the campsite are stunning, and the views from the waterfront sites can’t be beat. The swimming dock and beach area were perfect for the kids. We rented a paddle board and did a little fishing. The washrooms and shower house are kept sparkling clean, and the kids enjoyed the little playground. The hosts even helped us get a fire started after they seen us struggling, which was very appreciated! Will definitely return. Thanks for the stay!

We had a great stay at Eagle Island. The campground is very well maintained and the facilities are clean. The couple that runs it are both very nice and you can tell they take pride in the grounds. Our son absolutely loved the docks and giant floating mat on the lake. The water was beautiful and we spent a good amount of timing kayaking. We will be back!
