Fairmont Pacific Rim
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, food, location and value are all wonderful. My bed was so comfy. My room was on the 19 floor and I had a very small room but it amazing view of the harbor and mountains. My only gripe was that because of the automatic curtains they do not go long enough and the bright light woke me up every morning at 6 am and the seaplanes outside make a lot of noise. I hoped to have a soaking bath but the large bathroom and shower made up for sit. Other than that, it was perfect!

The stay was very accommodating and welcoming. Stayed in one of the pool view rooms. The bathtub with the mirror was superb. Staff were very friendly, great customer service and care. Also got a deep tissue massage, which was a super stress reliever.

Wonderful hotel. Fantastic location very high-end. Decent staff. Lobby bar is a lot of fun but has a Few too many rules yet Still is a great place to hang out. Sushi bar is high end and good quality. And the rooms are very very nice.

Fairmont Pacific Rim
Stayed with our family of three. Traveling with a little one isn’t always so easy. But the good folks at Fairmont Pacific Rim went above and beyond to make our stay a very enjoyable one. We had some trouble checking in but management handled the situation expertly and we were accommodated appropriately. It was our second time in Vancouver and first time at Fairmont and we will most definitely return. We highly highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the city!

Beautiful Location, Mixed ExperienceWe booked a room with a harbour and mountain view which was stunning. However, our experience had its downsides. There was no assistance with our luggage upon arrival, and the staff lacked professionalism during check-out, which left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. We expected a higher level of professionalism from a hotel of this caliber.The gym and other facilities need renovation, and the breakfast menu was limited. Despite the stunning view, these issues impacted our overall satisfaction.

Elegant upscale hotel with beautiful views of waterfront from most rooms, modern furnishings and first class service. Centrally located in downtown Vancouver, close to the convention center and major employers in the area. Gorgeous Libby restaurant and bar for after work drinks. Overall a lovely hotel.

Hotel was good, very nice room and great room service/cleaning service.However, Front desk was extremely rude and incompetent, clearly judging people by their race/age/look; assuming twice that we did not have reservation at the right hotel when we did even after showing two pieces of ID, and having trouble adding a partner name to a reservation (Hazel). When we book a 5 stars hotel, we expect the services being done accordingly at ALL levels.

I’m beyond impressed with this hotel. Gorgeous and clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Numerous ways to control lighting including automatic window drape control. Nespresso machine, amazing rain shower, and top notch toiletries - every room amenity was of excellent quality.The service is impeccable. The housekeeping and turn down service was the best I have ever experienced and there were thoughtful and unexpected touches like extra bottles of water, extra coffee pods, and even a bookmark for my book.Every interaction was a delight and the staff makes you feel welcome and that they are genuinely happy to help.The spa, lobby, library, art gallery - all provide you with multiple unique experiences while you stay. And you just can’t beat the location! The views when I walked out of the hotel every morning were just breathtaking.This is the only hotel I will stay in whenever I visit Vancouver!

Fantastic location and probably the “newest” looking Fairmont I’ve seen. I think daily about the chocolate amenity that I received. I would love to buy them! The botanist is worth it’s own review but it’s an amazing restaurant! Great stay 10/10!

Fairmont Pacific Rim
We went to the Botanist with friends. The food was excellent. Especially the lamb was delicious and fresh.Obviously this place is fine dining with its special prices. The food quality was indeed at the level of its pricing.My only issue with the food is, and this very subjective, the presentation was over crowded.
