Will is the best! I've been going to him for five years, even after moving to a different city a few years back. His front desk workers are always very kind and professional. The office has a really welcoming feel. He is amazing at what he does. I always feel so much better after getting my adjustment. If you are looking for a great chiropractor, I HIGHLY recommend Will!

I saw Allysa last week. She is amazing at what she does. My feet are as smooth as a baby's bottom. I feel like I am walking on air now. She made me feel so comfortable & relaxed .The office staff are very welcoming to. They even sing.

They are good people, good customer service. The only reason I gave them 2 is I make appointments and it only lasts 5 minutes & by the time I leave, my body still hurts & my doc only concentrates on one section. It’s very difficult for me to book appointments with my busy schedule & only to be finished in 5 minutes. I guess they want clients to book them every week & pay every time.

Couldn't be more thankful to have seen Dr. Mauch and his team this week after I woke up with the most intense back pain of my life. Came to the office in the morning in an emergency as I could barely breathe due to a pinched nerve and was seen almost right away after having x-rays done, Dr. Mauch did his magic and I went from being a 9-10 (10 being the worst pain) to maybe a 3-4 right after seeing him. Highly recommended!!

Should have gone with my gut, place was very very rushed , my chiropractor , Will was very unprofessional and took the mask off during Covid times , also the rooms were filthy dirty no cleaning between patients in the rooms nothing , felt like I didn’t even get adjustments and my Back hurt worse then before I got there. Rushed in and out like cows, the gentlemen before me had been going there 2 years and the lady didn’t even recognize him he was very offended.The massage therapist has zero personality, actually I think my shoe has more .Overall not a good experience stay away from this clinic, looking for another chiropractor never going back

I had never been to a chiropractor before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have had a very pleasant experience here, and so has my family. The doctor was very thorough, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. He is always friendly and professional, and the front office staff are as well. They always say hi to me by name when I come in and have been very accommodating when I need to change appointments. I am very happy, overall a great place to go to.

Sheryl is an unbelievable practitioner. I went to her for the first time today and she was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend her.

Dr Will has been an excellent chiropractor and has made a major difference for me over the past few months! He has been extremely professional and has given me clear and concise answers to questions I’ve had and has eliminated chronic pain in my lower back and abdomen that I’ve been suffering from for quite a while. He is very quick to order and analyze X-rays, as well as doing a great job walking you through the results and possible treatment options. It’s clear that he is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and effective with his assessments, adjustments and treatment plans.The office / centre itself is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are always polite, professional and helpful.Overall I highly recommend Dr Will Mauch and the staff at Whitby Mall Physiotherapy! If you’re suffering from pain, stiffness or inflammation they will certainly consider multiple treatment options and provide effective care!

AMAZING!!!i had lower back pain for 4 months, affecting my sleep, walking, and sitting. My first time ever going to a chiropractor yesterday. The ladies at he front desk are incredibly friendly,and helpful. Dr. Mauch did x-rays and then gave me a detailed review of my problem. He gave me an adjustment, and I slept like a log, with a sleep score of 89%, pain free getting out of bed, and walking around.I am so thrilled and thankful!!!This should be your only stop for a chiro in Durham!!!!Thank you Dr. Mauch...

This place is amazing! The receptionist are friendly and helpful and caring. Dr.Will Mauch (chiropractor) is the best! He takes the time to listen and hear your issues and then explains the plans to correct the issues. He is friendly and caring and willing do to what is needed to help you. I couldn't ask for a better chiropractor and he has helped my family so much!! Thank you Dr. Will Mauch and staff. You are all amazing!!!
