Wonderful ladies that truly understand you when you discuss the abuse you've endured. They can help you plan your escape from an abusive situation, aquire the things you need to make it on your own, and understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships. The only thing I'd add is an effective PTSD program. It's a very safe and supportive environment.
