Worst acrylics I’ve had; not sure if my tech was in training but they did not lot the powder dry down at all - my nails are lumpy. According to the tech they ONLY carry curled extensions and the tech just kept taking off more and more nail. Wasted money. Going to have them soaked off ASAP.Bonus: they took a disgruntled customer call in speaker and hung up on them in the middle of the salon.

Yesterday I went to have my gel manicure and shellac pedicure taken off.I was booked in for an appointment and didn’t get seen till almost 30 minutes afterwards. At which time two other customers who had shown up for their same appointment times were left waiting and eventually left after not being helped during that time either.The person taking off my manicure was very rushed and used a fake nail to pry off my manicure. It was so painful and I asked numerous times for her to stop and please try other method. She said it was only way to remove the nails, though I’ve had them take off many other ways numerous times. Countless times I would pull my hand away during it as she would use the fake nail to go under the gel manicure and try to have it pop off (and it was incredibly painful) - which never worked and she ended up having to grind it off which I asked for once she started.You can see in the pictures that when she cut the manicure she made my nails bleed in two places and in one spot cut in the middle of the nail. Her solution to that was to use nail glue and glue it back together. She did apologize for that once I asked about why she used the glue, however when I asked her to please be careful on those nails she said it shouldn’t hurt so bad.She said numerous things like that like: that I don’t handle pain well, whoever did my manicure was the reason it hurt (not her removal method), and that I just need to breath. I told her quite a few times that I’ve never had nails taken off like this.Although I forgot to take a picture of my nails once she took off the pedicure, you could visibly see areas all along the edges of my nails that it hadn’t been removed. I asked if she could remove it and she stated that it would cost more.I really hope that if their establishment reads this review they don’t send out their generic response (though based on other reviews it seems to be what they do) but that they address the issues with their conduct, professionalism, and edict.For any potential customers who use their hard earned money on treating themselves, please know it’s not worth your time or money to go here. Go to a better more reputable salon and don’t be like me and do your research before going.The first two pictures are after the appointment where the nails bled. And the third picture is a day after. They look terrible after not being buffed after removing and are super sensitive

Second time going here, First visit was better than today. I'm more than happy to be able to get my nails done these days. But there was more than usual, an excess of acrylic around and under my nails, had to fix it when i got home. And my pedi paint is globby and uneven, just check before you leave, which i didnt do clearly lol.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! My daughter and I have been going for years here and haven’t had a complaint, beautiful colours to choose from. Polite and professional staff, very kind.They always strive to do their best! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you.

Walked in, and yeah I get if it’s busy it’s hard to accommodate but the lady rolled her eyes at me and my sister.The girl took my sister and was rough with her, and when she was done she sat around texting.When we went to pay, my sister gave her a 50, then input mine on the counter to pay after and I looked up and the lady is grabbing it away. She turns to me and expects me to pay her twice.I told her she just took my money and she said no that was my sisters. I said no, I just took that out and she gave us a hard time.I left without tipping. I felt like I almost got scammed out of 50 dollars. I won’t be back

We were serenaded when we walked in the door, and we LOVED IT! Everyone was so friendly and an amazing pedicure with Phu!

NAIL TECHNICIAN DARLENE = VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON EVER. DO NOT GO HERE.Three weeks ago I went to have a full set done, pedicure and eye brow waxing. They over charged me without me realizing so I contacted the salon that day and they advised me when I come back in they will provide me with a 20% discount.2 weeks later I went back in to have a full set done, pedicure and eyebrow wax again. The mail technician DARLENE was rushing SO fast so that she would finish her shift on time.My nails looked SO horrible (I’ve attached pictures to show) and my eye brows were done extremely poorly. ON TOP OF THIS, they wouldn’t give me a 20% discount because a note was not in the system saying that I was allowed to have this discount.I contacted the manager Mao and he was extremely nice and apologetic. He called me to have me go back in to have everything fixed at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE and to let him know how it went.I went in today to have everything fixed.DARLENE was the one that was going to fix her poor work. Immediately she starts saying she has to charge me for a fill because my nails have grown AND a colour change. I told her no because I was advised by the owner to come in to have my nails fixed at no additional charge.Darlene began to HUFF AND PUFF and complain to her neighbour, making it so obvious they are talking about me. I still remained polite and ignored this. Until Darlene took her personal cell phone out to take pictures of nails.I stood up, told her to have a great day and walked out.She said “I’ll do your nails it’s okay”LIKE NO. I haven’t even been here for 5minutes and you have made me SO uncomfortable.If you had such a problem with fixing what YOU messed up on in the first place why did you even bother taking my appointment!?!Huge waste of time. SO embarrassing.I will NEVER return to this location. Even the other customers around me couldn't believe what was happening, they just shook their heads.My nails looked horrible before but NOW!?I didn't even want her to fix" my nails if it meant being treated like a dog.I GAVE YOU GUYS 3 CHANCES TO GET IT RIGHT and the only one who even attempted to make it right was the owner. Whom i thank very much for the effort.DO NOT GO HERE. And if you do

Nice atmosphere, has a bar would be great for get together and staff was very friendly. Was it the best pedicure I've had? No. But I'm going to give them another chance.

Their is ONLY ONE AMAZING employee here. FULLY THE ONLY REASON I EVER GO BACK HERE. The amazing employees name is David! He work 4 JOBS AND IS FULLTIME IN SCHOOL!!! He's the best at doing nails and toes!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rest of the employees have been rude with me or flat out hurt me, or burnt me just to simply rush to finish my nails. For their next client, Your not allowed to joke with any of the ladies what so ever. The ladies in this salon are nasty rude with me and all of my guests i e brotten for no reason.
