I have had pain in my back and legs for as long as I can remember, until I met with Troy. He does a great job in identifying the problem and treating it with the best care. The exercises he prescribes are not only effective, but are also very enjoyable. I always have a great time at my sessions with Troy, and I suggest anyone to go visit him if you are in need of rehab and/or pain relief.

I am beyond impressed with the progress I made in improving my shoulder mobility under the guidance of Troy. For as long as I can remember, I struggled with severely limited outward rotation and persistent pinching pain. However, just two sessions with Troy resulted in a significant increase in range of motion and a noticeable reduction in pain. Troy's expertise is unmatched, and I highly recommend him for anyone seeking transformative results!
