Integrated Wellness Medical Centre (Port Coquitlam)

I went there for a rapid antigen test. Everything went pretty smoothly. The clinic is very clean and staff is friendly. There's a wait of 1 hour to get your antigen test results. I just wish they where more knowledgeable and up-to-date in terms of the type of tests that each country accepts. After all they advertise 'testing for essential travel' as one of their services in their website, so they should stay on top of ever-changing international requirements.

The staff here were great, they were familiar with the specific forms and PCR test needed for my travel destination, and even made helpful suggestions for a better time frame to take my test. I was nervous having my first PCR test but the nurse was so kind - it was quick and painless! Results came back promptly after 24 hours, overall a very positive experience.

This is my second time using their testing facility and I want to say that the service was OUTSTANDING! the ladies at reception were welcoming and very very helpful and answered all my questions. I travel 3 or 4 times a year internationally and Integrated Wellness has given me superb service and the test results have NEVER been late. A big thank you to all the staff at Integrated Wellness, I cannot say enough good things about this testing facility.

A horrible clinic that cheats their customers out of their money and conducts unethical practices. They double charged me and refused to refund me the double payment unless if I went to the clinic in person to receive a cash refund. How shady is that? I had the receipts and emailed them my credit card statements. At the appointment there was no discussion of how the test should be done. They just shoved a test swab up my nose and it was bleeding for an hour after that. Then they sent me incorrect results was a public covid test and not a private one (meaning they did not pay for it). My airline rejected this test. When I told them of the mistake they made, they suggested that it was my fault.Overall, a horrible clinic and a really bad experience. STAY CLEAR!

I went for my antigen test today and got my results in 15 minutes. The clinic is very clean and the staff are very professional. I would highly recommend their services. This is my second time at the clinic for a test.

Cancelled my covid test for flying at the last minute due to the clinic shutting down(??) and are presently unable to refund me unless I provide my credit card info in an unsecured way. Do not answer phones either. Do not recommend.

The clinic is clean and nice. The assistant is kind and prompt in responding emails. The technician was also kind and friendly. We had our whole family tested with PCR at 9 am and the results came out next morning at8am. The fee was the most reasonable amongst all the clinics around here. Highly recommend this place.

Was a pleasant experience. Safe clean environment and received our Pcr test online within the hour. I would definitely recommend.

From start to finish everything was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful, and we got our results earlier than expected. The clinic was clean and easy to find, and even the parking was great. We definitely would recommend this Medical Centre.

Don't go to this clinic if you need to get PCR test results in 24 hours. They will not deliver them on time.We have terrible experience. My mom missed the flight because clinic didn't send the result of the test on time to us. We did a test on Monday at 8:20 am. I called the clinic on Sunday and asked if we have a flight at 9:25 am will we receive the test on time before the flight, the person on the phone said yes.After the test on Monday, January 10th, I asked the person at the front desk and showed him the tickets and also mentioned that my mom is going to Washington DC (USA ask to do the test 24 hours before the flight-1 day). The person at the testing facility said that the test will be ready either by 12 am or by 8 am the following morning.The next day we arrived at the airport and I started to call the clinic at 8 am...it was really long wait and the phone was constantly busy. Finally, someone answered the phone and said that they will send us the test now. We waited for another 40 minutes..No test. The flight attendant didn't let us check in. I called again and the person from the clinic finally sent us the result exactly when the plane took off at 9:25 am. It's been more than 24 hours when they send us the result. Your website says that less than 24 hours for travelers to USA.As a result of the missed flight, she was offered another very inconvenient flight with 1-day layover in Toronto. I recommend to do better research and find more reliable company and if you need your results earlier maybe do the test at the airport or pay more to get faster results.
