Fantastic Service and atmosphere! The ladies here make sure you feel at home and comfortable, and make a point of being friendly and accommodating. Mariam at the front desk is the definition of luxury hospitality, and Justice is a Waxing Wizard. She always makes sure to get your wax just right - even if you ask for something outside the box. It is well worth getting a membership and setting your mind at ease that your beauty needs are in good hands, and with good people.

I had a wax appointment with Erin, and I am very happy with how things went! She was very professional and did a lovely job! I got a full leg, bikini, and eyebrows done, and everything looks great. To top it off, it was never awkward, the conversation was good, and the appointment went by very quickly. I definitely recommend her and will be going back :) I arrived right on time and didn't have to wait too, which is a huge bonus.

Mission locationClaudia T really knows waxing . Went in for waxing services about month ago . I was nervous and scared but she was a true professional and knows what she’s doing . Then I went in for another appointment for arm waxing and again she was so good. My life is changed I’ll never do to anyone else now . Thank you for not hurting me !

I’ve been going to Frilly Lilly for over five years for waxing, pedicures and manicures. The Mission location is very convenient if you live or work in the area. Services always start on time. The staff are super nice and friendly. I’m always pleased with the quality and speed of my services. Over the years, I’ve been treated by Atsumi and Kavery- both are awesome!

Right from the start of entering Frilly Lilly Mission's doors, I felt welcome and taken care of. Shaunece (Shawnessy location) and Erika (Mission location) are fantastic! Highly recommend!

The girls were very lovely and easy to talk with, and the shop was adorable with cute decors… HOWEVER, after walking out of the door and looked at my nails, I was so disappointed and I don’t think this is the professional nail service at all—Very uneven edges, gels on my cuticles, and lots of dead skin stood up… Anyone who has never done the nails before would be able to do the same. Besides two of my nail edges were bleeding after the treatment. It’s so ridiculous to pay $70 walking out with painful fingers and ugly nails…

Pros: The experience was great, amazing waxing service. Emma was fantastic sad that she’s leaving to a different location.Cons: I’m only giving 4 stars because the receptionist was snobby, was barley acknowledging me until I had to pay, and make it awkward when I first came it. She sounded nice on the phone but it’s probably scripted for every client. Suggest hiring someone more friendly. The receptionist is the first face you see and the last, it really sets the mood for the service. Shows that it’s not the most friendly environment.

First time I've been here and the service was good and friendly. Daniela was very considerate and nice and is one of the most thorough estheticians to do my nails, I really appreciated it. Definitely will be going back.
