I cannot thank Elysian Imaging and Diagnostics in South Surrey enough for their amazing service. As an elderly patient on a long waiting list for an MRI at the hospital, I was worried that my condition would worsen before I received a diagnosis. However, Elysian was able to accommodate me right away and likely saved my life with a fast diagnosis.The clinic itself is modern and welcoming, and the staff were all so kind and caring. They made me feel at ease during the entire process, which was particularly important given my anxiety about medical procedures. The MRI itself was fast, comfortable, and precise, and the results were delivered to my doctor in record time. What would have been really poor news is now hopeful because we have gotten to it so early. I don't know how long I would have had to wait to get this done at Surrey Memorial.I'm truly grateful for the incredible care I received from Elysian Imaging and Diagnostics. Their prompt and efficient service likely saved my life and helped me get the treatment I needed as soon as possible. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of imaging and diagnostic services in the South Surrey area. Thank you, our family is so grateful.

Went to this clinic for a private MRI because my doctor refused to believe I had a legitimate joint injury. Coming here was the smoothest and most pleasant experience I've ever had at any medical facility in BC. I was 20 mins early, they took me in right away with no wait. The office is beautiful, the staff was very prepared and proficient. When I left I was given an envelope with my name custom printed on it containing my receipt and a QR code I could scan to view my results. I was told the results could take 2-3 business days but the images and report were both available the next day. I wish public healthcare could be like this.

As a senior patient requiring X-ray imaging and unwilling to endure the lengthy wait times associated with traditional healthcare, Elysian Imaging and Diagnostics in South Surrey provided me with remarkable service. The staff was affable, empathetic, and professional, making my visit both convenient and efficient. The results were promptly delivered, and I would strongly recommend Elysian for those in need of Xrays or other services and don't want to wait weeks or months when every day counts when you're my age!
