After moving to Regina, I visited countless RMTs and physiotherapists to help me with my pain. I didn't have luck until I met Amanda. Her use of the rapid NFR treatment is a game changer. I’ve been coming to Amanda for years and always come back. She is really good at checking in to make sure I’m comfortable and getting what I need. If I need more pressure or less she adjusts so that I’m satisfied with the massage. Would definitely recommend.

Amanda is truly amazing! I had extreme pain in my upper back and could barely move. After one treatment with Amanda I felt so much better. After my second treatment my pain was gone completely. Amanda is a wonderful practitioner. She has helped me immensely with a dental/tmj injury that occurred to me 6 years ago that caused migraines, headaches and jaw pain. I tried many avenues like Botox, acupuncture, massage. I was seen by multiple specialists but my symptoms never seemed to improve for more than a couple days.Amanda takes the time to listen to you and her techniques with RAPID have me back to functioning at my fullest potential. I am back to running, lifting weights over head, and no more daily headaches and jaw pain/taking medications.I see Amanda weekly but since day 1 of seeing her, the improvements are significant that I should be able to ease off treatment soon. I no longer am consumed by headaches and she can focus on some other parts of the body to help with overall movement and prevention strategies as I get back into a more active lifestyle.I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone who is struggling to find answers with a persistent injury.
