First experience here was with the new owner and he is very friendly and helpful. The store is large with lots of selection of new and used stock. If they don't have what you are looking for the owner is pleased to order it for you. I received my items the next day which was a very nice surprise. Thank you!

Duane is knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it comes to customer service.. And aside from that he is such a strong part of the Coast community always helping with a smile and a story. There is just about everything available in his shop that one would need for any level of boating from repair stuff to old stuff to new stuff. And if he doesn't have it he is happy to order it in. It's a bonus to be able to get all the boat equipment we need right here on the Coast.

Interesting store to wander through. Lots of good used equipment, coupled with new merchandise. The owner is very accomodating...and knows his stock as well. Fair pricing, and worth a visit.

Hi guys, I just wanted to commend the person I spoke to on the phone this morning at the business.I was looking for a particular anti fowl for my. Boat that was out of stock in Vancouver.Let me tell you right now , this guy knows what he’s talking about. His name was Wayne or Dwight..( I apologize for forgetting you name sir, I literally hung up and had a on phone meeting). But no matter.I f you are looking for something and think no way..if they don’t have it in the big city no way will it be in Gibsons …don’t be so sure ..Call…pop in.The kind and knowledgeable staff will try to help, of that I’m sure.

Duane is a Genuinely helpful and knowledgeable person. Firstly let me state that his shop is one of those Rare Gems in a day of brick and mortar stores. This place is Davey Jones Locker ! You can find all sorts of treasures from the past, and he’s well stocked with every bit of hardware you can need. If he doesn’t have it, he will help you get it ! People who think outside the box are what we need more of in this world, it takes years to accumulate knowledge from boating and other skills and be able to combine that skill to help others figure out complicated situations. Duane is that guy ! He is extremely polite and patient, as well as really invested in helping folks out ! You wont find a store like this in Vancouver. In fact years and years ago living in Victoria, one of my favourite shops was “Capital Iron”…it had bits and pieces of everything ! It’s no longer like that. This shop is wonderful, full of stuff you can use ! I can’t say enough about how great Duane and this shop are. Drop by and see for yourself ! I guarantee you will be overwhelmed with things ! Bring your list ! You will need it… make notes..so you remember where you saw it ! Just go..trust me..6 stars not 5..

Can't say enough good things about this store. Has almost everything you could possibly need and if not Duane can get it fast as hell at the lowest price. I was in a real pinch and needed a very specific part from kingfisher that should have taken over a week to get, Duane had it at Bitter End in 12 hours.

Dwane is an amazing and knowledgeable person. Of course he is very busy but with a bit of patience he will find what you are looking for. Even ordered in parts were fast to come in. The shop is filled with so much good stuff you need that time to browse for that thing you didn't know you needed. My wife says I'm not allowed in the store without her anymore. ☺ I highly recommend this place. Just drop in to chat with fellow boaters.

So much stuff, used and new, needs a woman's touch in there for sure but the staff is wonderful and very helpful
