I gave my IELTS general exam at this location. It was a very convenient location and the seating arrangement was also good. I really appreciate that they have best in quality equipment for IELTS online exams. There was no issues on any aspects of my exam process. Moreover, staff is highly professional and experienced. Overall my experience at ILTTS IELTS Test Centre was wonderful.Later on, I came to know that they provide individual training also for IELTS. I will definitely refer them if someone wants to give IELTS exam. It is one of the best IELTS test center I know.

It is not professional when you don't respond to calls and email from customers, yet, here you say you can dissolve any problems by emails. We as customers, we feel like we have no voice here, but being unsupported and having to comply with the system.When we pay for the fee, as British Council state You only have five days to make the payment"

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say, I had a great experience with this centre. Due to COVID, I was considering cancelling my exam as written base was not available. I spoke to a lady there and she provided me with information on the computer based exam and eased my nervousness around sitting my examination. I managed to get good results and felt confident and well informed prior to entering the premises. Thanks to the team at the centre for making this a great experience!!

Process was smooth and fast. Computer screen size for listening, reading and writing could have been better. Environment was quiet. Headphones audio is clear and comfortable to wear.

I did the online test here. Wonderful experience. All brand new high tech equipments. Big screens. Clear instructors. Only drawback i felt was the speaking rooms are very small. It echos if you are loud and the people waiting outside can clearly listen to the conversation.

Administrative staff is very friendly and supportive. They took all the possible measures to ensure my safety during this pandemic period. Listening test facility is very nice. Moreover, test takers can stay at venue as they await their turn for speaking test after completing LRW. Lastly, test takers' bags and winter jackets are handled safely and securely. So, no worries!

Amazing people with good communication skills. Learned something new every day during my study training. Staffs are very polite and patient and provide enough material to students to understand and pass IELTS exams. I gave credit to Vasundhara, her classes have been so worthwhile Vasundhara has an amazing way of breaking down IELTS questions so that they are understandable, and always keeping it light and fun.

I had a wonderful experience at this centre. Vasundhara is a great instructor who was very knowledgeable in preparing students for the IELTS exam. Her sessions provided excellent coaching, practice, and insight regarding the structure of the exam.
