Dr. Lazarev is a phenomenal Dr. With wealth of knowledge, compassion and patience. The office is very busy to get through and they rarely answer the phone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gelkopf's at The Doctor's Office for over 20 years. I have always been treated well by staff at this office - Zita and rest of the staff. Dr. Gelkopf has consistently been professional, friendly, thorough, and an anchor of encouragement as he has provided medical care for me over 20+ years. All I can say is thank you"

I am writing on behalf of someone as they are worried that if they leave this review they will continue to receive bad care or receive worst care in the future. Whenever they call into the office the lady (I think it is Zita) has the worst attitude and is verbally abusive to patients. She will be very aggressive, dismissive and plain out rude. They rather be sick then call into this office. Something need to be done on how they treat their patients.
