I was talking to customer rep named James..had me on hold for over 30 mins when he came back on the phone i asked who I was speaking to too and he refused to tell me then hung up. Called back and spoke to a manager named lisa and asked for the guys name and she said 5 people were helping me..ya right!. so i asked her who was the one that i was talking too on the phone and she finally told me his name..if that is his name..and if she is actually a manager like she said..because she told she was on lunch when this happened..6pm lunch? ANYHOW, I was told my account does not exist..1000s of dollars spend at canada computers and this is how you get treated...you get put on hold for over 30 min then hung up on...this place has the worst customer service.......fyi this was all over a gigabyte power supply that did not work out of the box...canada computers likes to repackage defective products or used products then resell them...this was not the first time i was hung up on and disrespected so avoid this place at all cost..just buy off of amazon so tyu can return it with no issues!!!!

Had a great experience here. Steven was helpful and accommodating, gave me a few tips on what to look for. Went in to buy a hard drive I saw online. I was in and out in less than five minutes.

Was nicely greeted at the door by three people… went to the graphics card section… waited to be acknowledged… apparently stocking shelves was more important than to be asked if I needed help… need to spend money elsewhere apparently.

Great products and pricing on many things but implemented a locker system for backpacks. In a hurry and a rush just needed to buy a very simple item at the desk and won’t let me walk up to the desk with my backpack. 1 customer in the store at the time with 10 staff walking around what am I going to steal? Spent more time at the locker learning how to use and using then checking out. Hasty market is quicker walk in and walk out.

Always find these guys have the best price on accessories. SD cards and memory stick are often half the price of Best Buy or others. Friendly helpful staff.

Amazing customer service, so helpful. Been to a few other shops, and those guys were very dismissive, and were heavily trying to up-sell. However, here at Burlington Canada Computers, the guy who helped me (wish I got his name) was soo helpful, tried to find me the best deals, and worked with me until I was satisfied with my purchase. These dudes are very quick and knowledgeable. I am glad I came here and was left very satisfied with my purchase, thank you for the amazing service! These guys didn't even try to push extended warranty once haha (but did let me know very subtlety that it is an option one I was completing my transaction, not pushy at all!)

Fantastic experience. Had to go in the last two days as I was dealing with some computer issues. Had great service from Noah, extremely friendly and helpful. Been to a couple of other stores and haven't gotten service as good as at this location. Will be back for my computer needs.

I arrived during their renovation and couldn’t access the sales floor but was immediately greeted by the staff behind the desk. I honestly wish I was helped by any other employee in the store. The guy who “helped” me gathered 2k worth of parts and didn’t seem to enthusiastic about answering some simple questions regarding a computer case and monitor. I highly suggest going to the Oakville location instead, the staff there are really friendly, engaging and knowledgeable.

The staff are always amazing and knowledgeable. Noah A helped us pick out a graphics card and power supply. He was able to answer all our questions and offered us some info we didn't know we should be looking for. Thanks again!
