Worst place to rent scaffolding I was there to return my scaffolding and they said I took more pieces than I actually took and they said that they were going to check their cameras to see whether I'm telling the truth or not. The first instinct was to say no to me about how many pieces I took they are unorganized and are ready to charge my credit card for something I did not take. if you're self-employed at a contractor you want to save money do not go there all they care about is charging you more money. Every time I said no they said yes. they said I signed for something that I did not take. I recommend going elsewhere. The first assumption is to think that their customers steal from them when they have the problems with counting what I returned. I will be reporting this to the consumers act of Canada if you charge me over the retail price. If you guys think I stole your equipment then you are the real thieves trying to trick people into thinking they did.

This is the second time I rent a vehicle from them. The service was extremely good, the price of rental cannot be beaten and the quality of the vehicle excellent. The hours for pick up very easy and so are the returns. Would recommend them anytime.

Lou-Tec delivered the excavator on Friday morning. The delivery person was helpful at the drop-off. I finished using the excavator on Sunday evening and made sure to call them shortly after dinner. They charged a full week instead of the actuals 3 days. Crooks .. I will be looking elsewhere for rentals.

Well stocked with pro equipment . Knowledge staff . If you don't speak French , bring a translator .

Poor customer service. Bought a new 600$ blower that I am sure was a return from someone else (scuffed and dirty).The kid at the back played on his cel phone while my 2-3 minute wait turned into a 1 hour waste of time.Happy with Stihl machine but what has happened to good old customer service?I miss the old days.

Absolutely terrible! Rude staff. Called Thursday afternoon to ask about renting equipment and was told that I did not need to reserve, just to show up in store. Went to the store Friday and waited 40 minutes for them to tell me that I needed a reservation.

The worst stihl dealer on the face of the planet!!! They don’t order your part ,if they do they won’t call you when it’s in, they are just plain unreliable!!!

Some people here at the desk are nicer than others. These people will take as much money from you as possible. Makes me want to rent somewhere else. I should note that other times I rented machines here have been much better. This time was not a good experience
