It's the first time that I've gone to this store. The staff was absolutely stellar. They took my gold chains and my rings to clean - they did such a good job! I would definitely go back again!

My son was served promptly and with excellent service. He was not treated as a 12 year old child but as a valued customer. The gentleman who served us was knowledgeable and friendly. My son was very happy with his chain purchase.

Had my ring resized here, they did a beautiful job. Wasnt too expensive. Took exactly two weeks, but they never called me it was me calling them. 1 week after I dropped off I called to see what the quote was and a week later I called to see if it was ready for pick up. Maybe it was just the timing. Who knows.

My significant other and I had gone in after a terrible experience with another jewelery store. Explained the situation and the ladies at michael hill took us under their wing and helped us with what we needed and made sure we were happy long after close. Terrific employees who actually treat you like a human. Thank you Katie and her staff!

Had the pleasure of meeting Shelly today. My husband and I were there to buy wedding rings. It felt like we were old friends with her. Her knowledge and friendliness made the experience very comfortable. We walked away with exactly what we wanted and didn’t feel pressure to buy at all. The staff at Michael Hill Fredericton are amazing. They do not pressure you in the least. Jon is amazing and is a must see if you want a steller deal. Cannot recommend Jon enough. I even fought with my gmail passord to leave this review!

We have LOVED dealing with the staff at Michael Hill in Fredericton. I want to specifically shout out Barb! She has been amazing each and every time we need something. We bought my wedding ring, band and husband's band all through Barb and the process was so easy. Barb is a no pressure" kind of gal and she is the sweetest! Excellent customer service, with quick answers to all questions and very transparent procedures. Jonathan and his team were able to identify issues with my ring on location and then have it sent in without qualms for servicing. They were also able to resize a ring for me that did not originate in store. Very friendly throughout, I could not recommend this location more!
