Every now and again I get a cut or a color that stands out amongst the others. This was one of those. I had a cut and the end result was just lovely. She just knew what would work and was completely correct. Will definitely be back!

I had the owner of the salon Rosy for my appointment and I am so pleased with my hair ! The colour was perfect , she did my bangs exactly how I wanted them and she placed them so beautifully. I am so pleased with the photos of my shoot I will be posting them to my review when I receive them. I had the worst haircutting experience of my life. I went in a few minutes early only to be told no one in the shop spoke English, even though I booked an appointment on the phone and was never told about this. Then I was asked if I knew Spanish. When it was clear we would need help, a guy who seemed to know the staff offered to translate but asked me to do it quickly" so he could leave. Another client stepped in because she realized how awkward it was. She listened to me and we explicitly talked about keeping the hair the same length

I'm leaving a 2 star review because although the price was decent and the haircut was OK it really wasn't at the length we specified. I brought my daughter for a layered cut and we specified the bangs should be at chin length. Halfway through the cut I noticed it was quite a bit longer and I asked her to shorten it, she cut a little bit more off but I again noticed that it was still too long and not at chin length. I asked her to cut it shorter and she told me that it would mean recutting the whole haircut. In the end after specifying chin lenth several times, we left with a haircut several inches longer than we wanted and now I have to go and have the exact same haircut done somewhere else but shorter.
