Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

My son had a rip in his brand new hoodie right by the pocket so we brought the item in for repair. We were amazed to see that the repair was almost invisible when we came to pick the hoodie up. It was definitely worth the time and money to have the repair job done.

Wish I checked the lowest reviews first, anyone visiting the location please read over the lowest reviews, that many people cannot be wrong. Manager ruined the jacket that was taken in and refused to take accountability. Awful service she will take expensive clothing and when she messes up she will pretend like she has no clue what happened. Take your business else she is ruining the name of a franchise. Check lowest reviews and not the ones she paid people to post.

I went to 4 different places for my prom dress and they said they couldn’t do it because it was “too hard”. I was upset because I did not know what to do until my friend recommended this place for me. i came here and they said they could do it, and after they did all the alterations, i saw my dress and i was amazed because it was so beautiful. thanks stitch it, my dress looks amazing now because of you!

Great place to give your clothes for alterations. My wife needed to alter her traditional Indian clothes and the ladies at this location of Stitch It did an amazing job. Indian clothes are a little complicated and they took her measurements to understand the scope of work. They are professional and very skilled.My wife was so happy with the work that they did, that she gave another Indian outfit for them to alter! The team at this location is very sweet to work with and very funny. I highly recommend this location to anyone that has any needs for alterations!

AWFUL SERVICE!DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER ( ELHAM).On May 19th 2022 gave 2 jackets for dry cleaning to fresh them up for next season. Both winter jackets are brand new.In 2 weeks, they call to pick it up. The jackets were wrapped up in cleaning bags, BUT they were NOT cleaned! They said they will send it again to clean it.On June 14th 2022, came to pick up them again as they called. One of the jackets has a sever discoloration on the underarms area. Ask the stuff why you giving it to the client like that ? Answer was it is not us

Horrible customer service. Gave a courtesy call today to inquire whether I should make an appointment and the person who answered was so rude, kept interrupting me and hung up without even answering my last question. Definitely won’t be coming in.

I came into the shop to get a patch sewed onto a baseball cap and was told it was $8. Cool but after a week wait time to pick up the hat, I noticed they sewed over the sweat band which destroyed the silhouette of the hat. The one black lady was full of attitude saying it couldn’t be done with the sweat band and to come back in 10mins. Funny enough they were able to get it done and keep the silhouette of the hat.It’s hard to find a good tailor so don’t just take what they give you. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, tell them or find another tailor. Don’t let these people get away with garbage work.

I took my son’s jacket to this location. The manage Elham took it had a good look at it and said she will call back when it is fixed. I went back after she called back and said it was fixed and ready for pick up. When I went to the store and looked at it she had made a big cut to squeeze in the zipper when I opened it to see if it was fixed the zipper came off and when I asked her why she made those cuts she began yelling and refused to take any accountability saying she didn’t notice the cuts . How can a person fixing the zipper not notice it lol . She lacks customer service skills wish I checked the bad reviews which are 100% accurate before taking in a $400 jacket . She is ruining the name of a franchise and needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
