BMO Bank of Montreal

I've needed to check their hours of operation about 4 times now and I can never find it on the internet. Here they are for future reference:Mon-Wed 10am-4pmThurs-Fri 10am-7pmSaturday 10am-3pmSunday Not Open.I usually only go during lunch hour and at that time the lines are usually pretty small.Their service is excellent. They've gone above and beyond what they had to when I made mistakes in setting up accounts and needed to fix them.

I visited the branch today and rep Chloe made every effort to help me with my banking. She is one of the best reps I have ever dealt with. Thanks to her I do not want to deal with TD anymore. Chloe is professional and genuinely caring for the customer, offered me the best solutions. Management should support such dedicated employees and coach everyone to this level of superior customer service!

They never answer the phone when calling. Why even have a phone at your business if you don't answer it...

Ridiculous communication, blanch Manger told me that he will call me to give any updates about issues in transactions , and he did not .When I told him that give time Frame , he said I have no time frame.He call me next day and he lied on me saying that my money will be in you account by tomorrow and after 5 days nothing received, still waiting.

I am customer of this branch for many years.Great customer service , caring and friendly.

The staff there made me wait in line to speak to a teller only to tell them I don't need to make a transaction, only needed to talk about loans/LOC. The lady named Bibi" treated me with no respect because I took too much of her time and I have a string of emails back and fourth trying to get information either from her regarding my inquiries and for branch management contact information.Nothing about this branch is what I expect from BMO as a long-time customer and I regret even doing business there."

I have been with this bank for almost 20 yrs and still have problems with them. You are always told that stability with your bank is the best thing you can have when it comes to mortgages and loans and what not.. However it is hard to keep with this bank and gain stability in your bank when....They take there fees out when ever they want, They allow STOPPED PAYMENTS to come out of your bank and charge you for NSF... Like you bounced the cheque... Which is not the case....When you call the 1 800 number half the time the person on the other end of the line can't help you as only YOUR HOME branch apparently can help... Then why in gods name is there a 1 800 number and why do they say... We Are ALWAYS here to help.... Bahahaha... Not cool...I can say now that i am changing banks...I am done being Stupid and staying with BMO.

I just wanted to share some info on the hours as unfortunately Google has outdated information.This branch changed its hours in September 2017 and Google hasn’t updated their info since then. Hours are Mon-Wed: 10am-4pm, Thurs/Fri: 10am-6pm and closed Saturday and Sunday.Great branch. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff.

I’ve been banking with bmo for years now because I love the excellent service they provide. Yesterday I went to this branch for the first and last time. I’ve never spoken to a teller that was so mean and condescending. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or management is not treating them right but it was the worse service I’ve ever gotten from bmo and I’ve been banking with them for 10+yrs.

We have been banking here since 2016. We have had no problems. Suddenly we receive a letter with a very accusatory and insulting tone informing us that they no longer want my husband 's business and we have less than a month to close our account. It's absolutely ridiculous. We intended to invest some money here.The branch has ignored my calls requesting an explanation as has the head office. Now, we have to be completely inconvenienced as every automatic deposit and withdrawal has to be changed to a different bank. Again, we have never done anything wrong whatsoever!! Despicable treatment of loyal customers!! Oh, but they had the nerve to suggest that I could keep the account!!
