What a great customer service experience all around! I called to inquire about my broken central vac handle (not purchased from Al's) and had a very friendly and helpful conversation with Helen. The next day I went to the store and had an even better in-person experience. With so many companies losing their willingness to go out of their way to help over the last few years, it's nice and refreshing to see that some still truly care about their customers and treat them as people, and not a number! Thanks again guys!

Although what I was hoping to find wasn't available, a specific dyson part, the staff at Al's went above and beyond to help me. Was reminiscent of a miracle on 34th street. The part where the Santa was telling shoppers, We don't have .... but this place does." This is the kind of customer service that is lacking in many box type stores. A firm thank you for the help you did provide. Well done. I will be back."

Very expensive,I could have got parts on line much cheaper. Sales person very very chatty. No returns only store credit. Our second time and it will be our last

While the vacuum I went to go see wasn't the one I brought home, I got the better item instead! Helene is a lovely lady and it is clear that service and friendliness takes priority over profit. Well worth coming from Hamilton, which is an hour away.

If you are supposed to be open at 11 then someone should be there. We drove in from Port Colborne and we waited till 11;15 . Not happy !

Family owned and you can tell...I was gonna order parts from Amazon for my central vac...glad I didn't...the lady who served me was knowledgeable and helpful...gave me a great deal and explained things clearly...

I took my carpet cleaner to Al’s and was immediately impressed from the moment I walked in the door in meeting with one of the owners. She tried to find a solution immediately and when the part was not available let me know that it would be looked at the following day by her husband Al. They were able to repair machine quickly. Their service is friendly and phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anyone with any type of vacuum or carpet cleaner. Very happy.

We have been to Al's Vacuum Sales and Repairs a couple of times for parts and repairs. They have a good variety of parts in stock for many makes and models. Our repairs were done by Helene properly, on time and at a reasonable price. It's great to have a business like this nearby with a knowledgeable and capable person such as her, who is very service oriented!
