What I like most about Shred Shop is that it’s not just a gym.. it’s a community, it’s family. A place where the trainers know and welcome me by name, I’m not just a number. It’s not one of these cookie cutter 45min in and out workouts. There’s thought that goes into each workout routine, careful explanation and demonstration behind each movement. They don’t allow me to become complacent, they know I’m capable of much more than I sometimes think I am.Shred is for every body type and fitness level, no one is made to feel out of place.It’s what I didn’t know I needed .. the workouts, the trainers and their knowledge, the friendships - all of it !

Joining the Shred Shop was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! It is the first place I’ve ever looked forward to to work out. They’re knowledgeable in what they do and push you to do your best. They helped me regain my strength and range of motion after fully tearing my ACL and for that I can’t thank them enough! Proud to be a member of such an amazing gym!!

Shred Shop has been such a pivotal part in my fitness journey. I was looking for something new and different last October and I found it! This gym is more than a gym, it is a community full of like-minded people that come together on the regular to work hard and celebrate life. Each and every trainer pays such close attention to ensure you are being challenged and have the opportunity to progress during your workouts. They have also been so encouraging and assist in modifying workouts as I nurse my shoulder injury. Thanks shred fam, I am SO grateful for you! ♥️

Been a Shred Shop member for about 2 years now (after trying many different classes around Windsor). The classes are amazing. The Shred team puts a focus on form and performance, ensuring every workout is sweaty and challenging for each client. The amazing energy of the team is infectious and encouraging. The reason I love coming here most is because even on a day when I have zero motivation, once I walk through the doors, I know I’m going to be supported and encouraged to crush my workout.

All I can say is thank you. As someone who was always been physically active to life getting busy, letting go and not finding any motivation to workout and hating working out, I have found that love and passion again. All the coaches are amazing, very detailed oriented, motivating, kind, you can talk to them about anything and the list goes on has made this experience amazing and wanting to come back for more. I have been going to shred for a little over a month now and I’m excited to go knowing that the workouts are killer but walking into the smiles of the coaches is the best, finishing the workout knowing I that I gave everything and leaving feeling good about myself. They truly love what they do and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my fitness journey again.

The Shred Shop is so motivating! The energy from all of the incredible trainers that push you to limits you didn’t know you could push & of course, always changing up the workouts & most of all keeping it challenging! I am so glad I decided to join shred shop. Best decision I ever made! The staff are AMAZING!!! They’re all so welcoming, passionate and motivating. I’ve been going for 4 months now and I’m noticing changes in my strength. They encourage me to step out of my comfort zone and push myself a little more each workout. Shred Shop is so much more than a gym and it is the first place I’ve ever looked forward to coming to to work out! The coaches are all amazing, always pushing you physically and mentally to reach your goals and believe in your abilities. They do a great job accommodating for people at different entry points and making you feel like you belong no matter what your fitness level! The Shred community is supportive, inclusive and FUN!
