I really needed a mechanic, I came to Wayne because I found him online & he had all 5 star reviews. I was so impressed with my first phone call, he listened to me & was able to fit me in, I have been back two more times, he is knowledgeable and very trustworthy, I know he is not out to gouge me & my vehicle is safe to drive, I'm not a dealership person & needed a mechanic, glad I found one, I will not go anywhere else

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Burlington Eastside Automotive. I brought my car in for an oil change and to get my control arm fixed. When it came time to pay he said how said how does $130 sound" for the oil change. When I said that sounds steep

Great mechanic! And what a treat dealing with a place that doesn't try to gouge me. I've always been scammed at other places but Wayne shows me (instead of just telling me) what's wrong with my car and then makes it reasonable.

A mechanics that's actually a mechanic. So many places nowadays are just fitters. Wayne knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Everything you could ask of a mechanic

It is no exaggeration to say that Wayne has saved me thousands of dollars in repairs over the years. The first time I went to see him, his quote for repairs was $500 cheaper than any other shop I visited, and every time since he has always gotten several prices for parts needed, even going as far as having parts fabricated specially for the job ( which saved me $600 on OEM parts). Always honest and fair with pricing, absolutely recommended!

Awesome, awesome service!I just moved to Burlington and needed a mechanic asap. I called around 3pm, left a message, and received a call back within 5 minutes. Wayne sensed the urgency of my situation, (my brakes were shot,) and told me to bring my truck first thing in the morning.The next morning, they took my truck and told me it would be approx 2 hours. I was planning to wait there but they offered to drive me to the Tim Hortons up the street to wait! Awesome!About an hour later, Wayne calls saying he took a look in the back and that those brakes were done too... (I wasn't surprised,) he gave me an estimate and said it would be a bit longer because of the added work but that he had 2 guys on the job for me... I told him to go ahead with the back breaks. Two and a half hours later, he comes to pick me up, with new brakes at a totally fair price. I was even able to get to my early afternoon appointment!Seriously...the service, accommodation, and price was fantastic. I found my new mechanic. Highly recommend!!

Like the many other reviews, working with Wayne was a great experience. He is a straight shooter and honest guy. I knew the job was going to be a difficult one but he was able to get it done.
