Dr. Mobile

Had my Pixel 6 Pro screen replaced by them. I was not told until after the repair that they didn't use new Google parts and instead used refurbished stuff. Non of the sensors in my screen work now, my thumbprint scanner is no longer an option so I can only assume they didn't move the scanner from my old screen to this one. My proximity scanner also doesn't work so my phone screen stays on while I'm on the phone, I have to be very careful not to press things with my face while talking to people. I'm pretty much forced to buy a brand new phone soon since the screen repair was so poorly done. I can also see glue residue in my phone speaker and little marks under the screen itself. I would recommend spending more money for somewhere else.

So went during black Friday to get my screen protector replaced. The entire team was made of immigrant workers despite hundreds of Canadian citizens looking for jobs. The guy immediately took my phone and said yes I can fix. I asked him how much 3 times and 3 times the answer I got back was no worry I can fix it. Finally on the fourth time he said 35 for the unbreakable screen" and then preceded to put a cheat 10$ screen and charge me 40$ it took me a while to process this but I will not be going back."

Got good service and a awesome price for phone cover compared to all others at west Edmonton mall. Beat tall others by 50 %. Hats off to Khalid. Will be back .be back

Ugh the amount of things that happened to my phone when I went to west Ed and got it fixed.1. One of my speakers stopped working2. My microphone is really bad and muffled, it’s hard for others to understand on videos and other social media platforms3. The screen glitches from time to time and freezes too4. My overall phone battery health is depleting SO fast. It used to be at around 85% before I got the screen fixed, and now it’s a 58% just a couple months later (recently it goes down 3% a weak). My phone shuts off and has the “plug in the phone” sign as if it is dead, but when I plug it in, it is back to 50%. Explain.Flawless job on fixing the screens, but the phone will become useless in a few months because of all this. Please do not go to Dr. Mobile.

Had a phone screen repaired. Was $70 cheaper than we were quoted from another place in the mall. Done in $15 minutes while we shopped. Happy with results!!

Do not shop at this place. I took my son's iPhone 12 to this place to have the screen replaced. They quoted about $200 for the repair and I said I would have to think about it. To sweeten the deal, the person said they would also throw in an unbreakable screen protector that is normally worth $45 for free if I got the service.After an hour I returned and got the phone. The phone had a warning that the screen was a non-apple part. I questioned the person about it and they said it was because it was a third party replacement screen. Fine. Later that night, my son noticed that the screen protector had begun lifting off so the next day, we took it back. They replaced the protector. While walking away, I noticed some bubbling on the replacement protector so we went back again. They guy tried to get rid of it but couldn't and said he would replace it with another unbreakable protector. This time, he replaced it with a solid glass like screen cover and it seemed fine. The next day, my son had not dropped the phone but noticed that the screen cover was all cracked up. We went back and the person working there (a different guy) refused to fix it. He said it was obvious physical damage. I told him it was supposed to be unbreakable and he said, This is not the unbreakable cover

Yasser is great and an exceptional business owner. He is well versed with what he does. He fixed my mobile within a span of time and did not charge a single dollar, though he could have mis-used or taken advantage of my stress and frustration. Indeed, I insisted to pay and he kept refusing.Hard to find loyal, honest and great people like Yasser. Dr Mobile at 2nd floor in WEM is highly recommended for their professionalism, ethics and kindness.

I don't appreciate being hanged up on the phone while talking, I was gon a come bring my phone for a repair but you chose to be disrespectful. Wish yoy luck on your future with repairing phones.

the guys were professional & replaced all my 2 phone screens in record time. great guys at the shop. i'll hope not to visit but if I have any issues in the future i know where to get great service
