Sales rep was nice but assistant manager was unpleasant. I went to Pandora Guildford location a few days ago, and purchased 2 charms and received a free bracelet as part of a promotion (spend $135 and get free bracelet).At the time, the price was labeled $85 for the rose-gold plated pink turtle charm and $65 for the dangle fish charm.After payment, I noticed the discrepancy in the amount being charged since the dangle fish became $80 instead. I spoke to the assistant Manger who later said there is nothing she can do due to inflation rates" and that it is "unfair for other customers who bought it at the same price." I explained that this is false advertisement if it was originally priced at $65 - even their website is listing it at $75! I wouldn't have thought much of it but I had to write this review. The lack of clarifications and not honoring customers with the original price was what bothered me most. Shouldn't employees check and update their system/prices before opening the store? You can't just list an item for a cheaper price and run them through with a higher cost at the register. Complete rip off. I've bought many charms and bangles at Pandora

Awful customer service. Today I walked in and picked up a cleaning kit, said thank you and got mimicked before I left. The way I was greeted was unpleasant with a nasty look and I was made fun of for the way I thanked the representative. I have been a customer for over 5 years but after this I will no longer be returning to this location or even spending a dime on the jewellery. Todays experience really ruined my day and I will not be a customer at this location anymore. Disappointing and disgusting.

I had the worst experience on visiting pandora store at guilford. The white young girl has the worst attitude . Never going to visit there again.The girl literally told me to leave the store wait outside if i want to meet manager. I wish i can give 0 stars.

I purchased items for my mother from another Pandora location and wanted to exchange them at this location.The staff at the Guilford Mall location argued with me that I could not exchange the items because they were final sale. I provided the gift receipt that stated I could exchange the items at any location up to 30 days after purchase and they still refused to exchange the items. They then told me that the original location I purchased the items from shouldn’t have given me a gift receipt.I left the Guilford store and called the original store I purchased the items from for an explanation. The original store said the gift receipt for my items was valid and they were also confused by the Guilford Mall locations response. The original store attempted to call the Guilford location but the staff at the Guilford location wouldn’t answer the phone regarding this issue.Overall I’ll have to travel to another location because the Guilford staff wasn’t willing to exchange the items, nor will they willing to facilitate an exchange with me on behalf of another Pandora location.

My boyfriend and I have been waiting for 4 weeks for the manager or who has the authority to do the exchange on the faulty plating on one of the earring pairs. They have my boyfriend's name and phone number but since we gave up on the hope that they are going to contact us, I am writing this review.First, Pandora has poor quality control over their products as the pictures show. This pair of rose gold earrings were worn 10 times during the daytime, and within a month one of them changed colour. Both were worn at the same time by the same person. Pandora claims their craftsmanship is awesome, but they are not. The pictures show it very clearly.Second, Guildford Pandora does not honour their promise to their customer. When we got there 1.5 months ago, staff told us that darkened colour was coming from the oxidizing, and told us to go to a jewelry repair shop across their store. We went there, and the repair shop staff told us that it is not a simple oxidizing issue, but some unknown issues with the earing and he tried to repair it anyways to give it a chance. After that, we re-visited the Pandora to tell them the repair shop could not reverse the colour. We asked to exchange the faulty one. The staff told us that it was tarnishing issues and customer’s wear and tear. Well I wore them 10 times and within ONE month they changed a colour, sure thing that I had them for a long long time to wear and tear. Then we told the staff if it was really customer wear and tear, both should change colour and normally rose gold does not tarnish THAT fast even though it will happen in time. Then the staff told us that she does not have the authority to process exchange etc., so if we leave the name and phone number manager will contact us.Well now we know that all they wanted was removing complaining customers out of their store and wait for the 3 months mark that no exchange or whatever would happen under their policy.Very disappointed with the quality of the product and their terrible customer service strategy. We will never be going to visit Pandora ever again.

I would’ve never bought anything from this store , overpriced and not worth it .My husband bought me a silver bracelet and 4 charms for Mother’s Day a couple years back . While on vacation it got discoloured . He remembered the sales person saying that we could bring them back for a clean or a polish . So he took them . The salesperson or manager whoever there was were first rude to him and wouldn’t even listen to him once he said hes bringing back a bracelet to clean . Then after him insisting to take a look at it the salespersons talked to each other and asked a third salesperson how they should deal with it . The third one took the bracelet and went on in the back and cane after a few minutes saying she tried to clean it but it didn't work and now my husband had the options either to buy another one or to go someplace else to try to clean it .Someplace else ? He had bought it from that pandora shop . Which other shop would accept to clean items from another business for free ? So ridiculous and rude . I would’ve returned the bracelet right there .He came back home very upset and found out on YouTube to get silver clean . We tried and it worked , not completely cause of the nooks and crevices but its better now . So absolutely no star from me fir anything in that store .

Went to buy a charm for a gift. I check a few different charms and finally decided ton one that the sales lady quoted me of 65 dollars. I paid and left the store, I double checked the receipt and noticed that she charged me 75dollars. I went back and told her that she made a mistake on the price she charged me. Ashlyn said that she wasn’t sure why but there is nothing she could do about it. What is pandora agents doing? Are they marking up prices for themselves to get extra? Why couldn’t they honour the price they quoted in the first place? I am so annoyed with the service, they come off rude as well when you question about the price. Very disappointed and I usually buy pandora to gift my family and friends, but this is the last time I will be buying and will tell family and friends as well.

I love Pandora but this one gives me a sour taste. Anytime I come I buy few pieces and I have always feel uncomfortable. The sales reps will allow certain clients to try rings on and put the tray on the table but when I come they always hide the tray under the glass. My causcasian friend came and they gladly put the trap out for her. When I came to chats with her after browsing they took the tray immediately put it under glass. It was funny considering I bought two rings and often order things from them.Don’t bother buying from them. They are rude, discriminatory, and have customer service skills. I just try on rings and order them online. It is better than having a rude rep get a commission. Honesty I started shopping at Swarski. I came in looking disleveled from work to buy some jewellery for a mothers day and got the best customer service ever.

I had one of the worst experiences at this store. The staff is really unprofessional, impatient and rude. I went there to buy a pair of earrings and the sales rep simply just opened the booklet in front of me to browse and to decide what i want. If I was to look just at picture I would have looked them up online why would I go through the pain of going down to the store!! When I told her that i would like see this particular pair of earrings she just pointed it out on the glass that it is the one in there for me to see it. I mean literally in order to buy some jewelry I actually need to see it so i told her if she can take it out when she snappingly replied that you can not try it on. I didn’t ask her to take those out for me to try it on i just wanted to have a closer and clear look at them!! I wasn’t at the store to just look at pictures and diplay..After browsing through the booklet I finalized a pair she pulled it out and started packing it. But I requested her if I could see it once before she packs it ans she very discourteously laid the pair on the glass. I had a closer look at the pair and guess what a stone was missing from one of the earrings. I politely pointed it out but in response she gave me an arrogant look and took it from me. She brought another pair and snapped it on the glass to bag them.It wasn’t my first time to shop at Pandora but this purchase experience was the nastiest.
