Really pleased with our stove install. We found the stove we wanted (Mendip Ashcott, it's brilliant) and Ken managed to source it at a good price. Pre-install survey was useful, and the fitting is very neat. We were both really impressed too with how knowledgable and helpful Ken was with regards to stove setup and burning advice - he really took the time to explain, and even provided some wood and a moisture meter to get us going! Would recommend - great local business.

We asked for advice on which stove and Ken was very helpful and patient in helping us to choose the correct stove for our property and one which we liked. He was very professional and we delighted with the fire that he installed. Good job all all round two very happy customers.

Just moved to Fairbourne, our house has a multifuel stove, not had to light a fire since i was a kid. The heating wasnt very efficient, until Ken came along to service the stove and sweep the chimney. He took time to show us how to get the best out of it turns out a part was missing from inside the stove, the previous owner had removed it and put it in the cupboard, Ken put it back, and goodness me, our house is toasty its great. Big thanks to Ken and his mate for sorting us.
