V Nails

Wouldn't recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here. She made mine uneven and took way to much hair from the centre of my brows and made one tail shorter than the other. One has an arch and the other is straight. Won't be going again.

I have gone to Vnails for a year and a half. After Kathy left I wasn’t super impressed with the nails I got the last 4 times. They have not been great with the scheduling as of late either.Yesterday I went for my appointment and they were ready for me. My pedicure was amazing! I didn’t get the fellow’s name but he did a great job! Then Anna did my nails. They look fantastic!!! I will go back again after I had almost given up. Give them another chance everyone. I think they are on the right track again!!!

I actually didn’t get my nails done because I sat and waited for over a half an hour after my appointment time and couldn’t wait any longer so I left

I had my nails done with my daughter and little niece. They were more than accommodating. Very clean environment. Modern decor. My nails look great. I was hesitant on allowing my daughter to have a full set. She has oily nail beds, and in the past they would always fall off. This time they are lasting and look great as well. Thank you for bringing your talent to our little town!

Since moving to Stettler I have been coming to V Nails and I have been super impressed with the quality and service.My last two sets have been my someone new and they’ve been terrible, but I was patient.This week was my fill; and when I went in on Monday for a scheduled appointment, they didn’t have time unless I waited an hour. I rebooked for Wednesday, and they were still expecting me to wait 20-30 minutes longer than my scheduled appointment time. Which my schedule didn’t allow for.After I left, I called in, and asked to speak to the manger and I was hung up on.I’m frustrated, disappointed and will be looking for a new place to do my acrylic nails.

Went in for a new set about a week ago and was over the moon happy about the end result! Laid did my nails and the only word that comes to mind is perfection! At no ones fault of my own I broke a nail went in today after work and had it fixed at no cost. Highly highly recommend to anyone!!! I can say i will not be going anywhere else for my nails

I've been here twice. Both times the staff were confused when customers arrived for appointments. I booked a pedicure online for 11:00 yesterday. I received a reminder of my appointment the night before, but when I arrived the lady there was alone and working with a client. She kept saying 5 minutes". Finally at 11:20 her co-worker showed up. No apology- just asked what I wanted. I had to tell her I was there for an 11:00 pedicure appointment. Seriously?? It took her another 10 minutes to get set up and didn't seem the slightest concerned that I may have other things to do. I was so late for my next appointment at noon I had to cancel it. I won't be coming back here. In a bigger city they'd be out of business. I'll go to Red Deer."

This was my second time getting a pedicure here. Both times I come in and they were confused on if I had appointment or not when I had booked in advanced. And the person I had today seemed like he was not happy to be there and wanting to do my toes. His sarcasm was also very rude as he mentioned that I should basically do a better job moisturizing my feet.

Had acrylic nails done with Gel polish used on top. Didn’t even last a week and when I went to have them removed I told them they didn’t last long. They didn’t seem to care. If their learning they shouldn’t be charging full price. Probably won’t be going back.

Got my lashes done there last week. Waited a week to do review. So far so good. Kathy was very delicateGot my nails done today. Prompt service. Nails look great!
